Do they hold their structure well? Will they melt in warmer weather? Can they be refrigerated?
Hey there! thanks so much for watching 😊. I use Swiss meringue buttercream for the cupcakes and they hold the candy up great. I do refrigerate them together (the crystals will continue drying) but let them get to room temperature before serving. Very warm temperatures will effect how well the buttercream holds up the candy. 🙂
