Excellent and well thought-out instructions for the running boards. I especially appreciate the reminder to primer coat the bare metal drill holes, which was not included in the provided instructions.

Very well done. I was in search of selecting the iboard and your excellent video helped me a lot. I just order the one you suggested. Thank you so much.

But when you gave ground Clearance you needed to measure from the bracket below the step because that's the part that will hit the ground not the step itself.

Hi Bo, Thank you for your so educative videos. Do you know if these running boards fit the 2024 AWD sprinter vans. I have a 170 extended 3500 XD. AWD are tall, do you know what is the height from the APS step to the van's step on the sliding door. The Amazon confirm fit tool apparently says no fit for any sprinter MB so it is quite confusing. Thank you.

@fernarango it should fit. The Sprinters length from behind the front wheel to about the sliding door widest opening is 96" and that's the length of these running boards. Measure that to make sure. As for the fitting hardware they fit the same way.

informative video as usual Bo: I thought that the 3M 90 contact glue had to be applied to both components?

You can do either or. Spray on 3M then apply. You don't need to do both.

@@BoChuonOUTDOORSVANBUILD This comes from the 3M 90 Product Data Sheet:
"For best results apply Spray 90 Adhesive to both bonding surfaces. Bonds can be made
approximately 30 seconds after application. To achieve high initial strength allow 2 to 3
minutes before bonding for ultimate initial strength allow 5 to 10 minutes before bonding. All
bonds must be made within 10 to 15 minutes after application".
