One of the many reasons why I loved The Untamed is how they showed Wei Ying and Lan Zhan's romance bit-by-bit. They didn't pushed it too hard and instead, gave us hints, which made us ship them even more. It's like teasing two of our friends that they like each other and were too oblivious about their feelings. That's exactly what we're doing while watching. We feel the anticipation and romantic excitement whenever they're on a scene together. Also, Lan Xichen represents us in every way, which makes the drama more relatable!
