I'm a chef. And I've worked with corrupt chefs and this... What I'm seeing right here is what I wish I had. You don't often find a kitchen where everyone is in sync and organized and professional. This is what sets chefs apart. ❤ Management and professional eticet. Beautiful.
Calm and respectful service that's teamwork personified!
Agreed and well said!
I don't understand, if he's not shouting at them, how can these chefs understand common English?
@@bobphanObviously you have never managed a group of skilled people to deliver a consistent outcome, each and every time!
I like this cinematic style that you are doing to these videos.
The thing you see here is that the right people are on the right stations its so amazing to see! great job chef!
This stresses me out. I guess because I worked in a kitchen and the chef was always yelling at me and shouting when I made a mistake. 😢😢
Well, one of the good things, when you work at a open kitchen.
Just Wow! That's such a well oiled (no pun intended) kitchen machine! I just love the symbiosis of every one working so well together. The politeness and respect for every single member of the team, from the Chef down to every team member, no matter what their level. Not to mention the amazing food. I just hope I get the opportunity to eat there one day. Everyone involved you are awesome!! 🙂😋😎❤
As a former executive chef, impressive, controlled and respectful service. Good timings and great communication. Well done Chef Aidan! Cheers Fallow!
I agree, 13 years front and back, that's the high wire, gentle yet assertive, omnipresence with respect
It doesn’t hurt to be nice and patient and to share all kitchen related responsibilities 🙏😎👊
I love the cuts to different angles of the chefs, servers and the kitchen. This is really cool
The mix of the great cinematography, incredible cooking, the fast pace of the kitchen is just lovely to watch. You guys are doing something unique here. Love every second of this, thank you chefs.
Wow. Watching this is so interesting. No screaming, no messing around. Would love to work for you!
he's obviously performing with complete calmness but dont fool yourself
he makes it look easy
😢 I was enjoying that why did it have to end
Loving this series
Refreshingly calm. Everything working well!
Planning on making a visit with friends. Very tempting. Good job!
What an amazing chef and team! 🙌🙌
Absolutely outstanding.
Dam he is a calm dude, very nice to watch :)!
I love this ambient ...educación armony and respects. ❤ chef great team worker's!
I would be honoured to work alongside this gentleman!
This guy must be fantastic at his job to make it seem so easy and to be so calm! Wow 😂😅😊❤🎉
Everyone talking about the teamwork, I just wanna say the food looks absolutely DELICIOUS! 💙
Awesome team work.
This is awesome, thank you. I'm going to look up all your line cook videos after this. Would be great to see some dish-washing and prep footage as well. I appreciate these videos as a former (and possibly future) professional cook, and I also think it's beneficial for the public (to better understand and appreciate restaurants).
I love this
very calm head chef, great guy to work with for sure.
I would like to see the full prep for the show kitchen. All the sauces and stored veg and meats. Everything is just perfectly placed.
please keep making the videos like this.... I beg you
Great video and service ....like poetry in motion so calm and professional great work ..
what a great channel.... really enjoying the fresh approach - it's fun to watch while I'm doing my boring-ass job in IT.
I need more of this. And longer. If possible. Chef 👨🍳
Lovely. Fantastic, even keeled leadership. Looks like a great place to work
who ever it is , head chef or sous chef, verry calm... love to work with you.
nicely shot and produced
I enjoyed that thanks
The food looks delicious - If I ever visit London I'll definitely visit!
Nicely run service calm fun not screaming and shouting. 💕
Amazing how calm everything is, isn't it? No panic, no rush. Hmmm..:)
Great service Chef
Brilliant
keep the coffee coming!
Man is an incredible tradesman at his trade.
Can't wait to work with you guys!
I live in Leeds, and I've been to Fallow twice. Is it weird that at no point did I think it was a fine dining restaurant? High end, definitely. no pissing about with weird flavour combos. just brilliant food in a brilliant setting. I, along with a lot of people, have had enough of 'fine dining'. edit to add: the staff from the moment you enter Fallow til the moment you leave, are, without doubt, some of the best there are in London right now. Also for non-UK (or unaware UK) viewers, Leeds is 200 miles north of Fallow.
Calm and owning a busy shift . Not sure what restaurant this is but I would love to work here. Killed it loved the flow
1:14 I’ve been binge watching the Bear on D+ and wanted to scream ‘hands’ when those ribs were sent to the table🤣😉(that’s if I’ve got the reference correct…..)
Heard!
If this was 4 hours long I'd probably just leave it on in the background
Fantastic camera work
Ive always wanted to get my hands on a really high end restaurant like yours. Im in a culinary arts program at grossmont with a fine dining service every Thursday night with menus created by my teacher who was an executive chef. im still trying to create my own recipes as well but their under development, at the same time, im still practicing cooking at home. Theres not alot in my fridge though but soon when i have my own apartment and money, i can start buying food to cook more often. I also work at a casino in the vip eatery. One of four kitchens im at is a carving station that serves prime rib. 2 more restaurants serve the same thing. Others including mignon, rib eye, and so on. One particular restaurant is a steakhouse which is a fine dining. It becomes monotonous tho everyday to work with the same food but i still try and find the joy out of it. I have alot to cover still in my career as i have a goal to working in high end restaurants while increasing the hours of my shift. I want this to be a challenge but fun to achive because i care about the flavor and presentation. Soon enough after i get more under my belt, i can move out of town and look at other places to start. Im in the us and i want to reach my goal towards you guys in London. While im still in California, theyre plenty of restaurants out there to work but also experience with the way they're run. A fine dining vs a traditional line cook. Mainly is the presentation. I always love plating my own food. I had to play with it around and sometimes, you get kinda lucky on several of them. If i could, i can add a few photos to show you some i made. Anyway, i hope this means something to you because i Cant wait to make a vacation of my own and try your food there
that's so dope💯
Food looks really simple but different
If a kitchen is well managed, organised, everyone briefed and respected, you don't need the old school screaming image of a mad kitchen with pots flying around. This is controlled chaotic efficiency. Some mistakes were made and immediately remedied with a plan to fix it.
Aiden is a natural! Well done fella keep taking London by storm 🔥
You’re right btw chef, Martinelli is CLEAR
2023 called and wants the extra sauce brigade back. That’s the signature move bruh, Keep it saucy! #primecost 😊
Can you guys introduce plates you guys using?
Which saucepans are you using here? Need a new haul for my place but ain’t got that Mauviel money…
What are those tiny sauce pots you use?
Could you make a video on how to make those creamy amazing lettuce salads restaurants are doing now?
Fcking calmness
Thank you chef 😂
Good work chefs! From one chef to all. Teamwork makes the dream work baybeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
when is the movie Fallow comign out?
❤
I wish i could work with you guys😢
why is your chefs table made out of marble? and not stainless steel?
Because it looks better?
Why not ?
@@jessequest8575marble stains incredibly easily, so usually wouldn’t be a good choice in a kitchen, but idk it looks really clean in the vid
@@reevo59 ahh I see 👍
So this is only for finished product and no cooking happens on it customers see it and go wow it's so beautiful especially in an open concept kitchen
Please more Bartender POV
What does position one, two or three mean when handing to the waiters please?
It means what side of the place it is from where I work but most likely the same for there since there high end as well.
@@DevBobbyRUclips I’m so sorry but I still don’t understand (having a slow day 😂)
🕺💐How a chef runs dinner kitchen 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌👍🚶
Is this live?
Yep..!
This guy is new to me. Does he run the kitchen when the two main chefs aren’t there?
👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Shtt..becos learned too much 🎉🎉🎉
Everybody's talking about how calm the kitchen is. WHY? Before you get to service, it started with training. They have coached their team to a T. When you know your job no need to be frantice, screaming or just plain disrespectful.
Man power is key. Western restaurants charge 4times more than any asian restaurant which allows them to hire more staff.each staff does only 1 thing. I do everything myself at my wkrk. I even have to take orders.
When the meat came back raw how did he finish it? Or did he start over with a new piece of meat
New piece as it had been out too long.
What does “two all day” mean?!
Two in total
So to make it easier on the chefs, it's easier to call the total amount rather than make them add each dish
Each section can get the whole amount then it gets sorted at the pass for distribution
keep recording ...the tickets printing in .. his inda shit 30 min from now :D
Whoever reckons martinelli is the best Brazilian in the prem needs to be fired immediately
Why is there fire coming out of the grill? My chefs would hate it.
Show that everyone wash their hands… *3 times during service *
Days of EC’s yelling at their staff is over people will simply leave, nobody is putting up with it.
Cái câu hôm đó vào kỳ euro ở đây học đc cái gì đã lộ rõ 😂😂😂
Don't get fooled!..
Question, can chefs wear watches cuz I see they do.
Yes, depends on what the rules are for that place it is highly recommended to not since it can be a sanitation hazard.
@@DevBobbyRUclips cheers
It should be illegal. Watch bands hold so many bacteria.
I am the only one letteraly touching the sexual tens between the chef and the red girl?
Anyway, great chef, great way to run a Kitchen,so respectful and easy.
That's not fine dining. It's upscale
you guys hire americans? haha!
Get a working visa and yes they will
This is fine dining?
I thought hairnets are a must on the kitchen? Can someone educate me please.
No, not in the UK
Not anywhere I've heard of, maybe in a nursing home or a hospital
A cod's head - l would feed that to my cat
Well,is not really busy,so that smooth a bit the service and hope there are like that when the cameras off , I'm a chef so I know what I m talking about 😅
Why you don't use hand glove chef?? For haygine sanitase
These guys have exactly as many stars as Jamie Oliver. Zilch. For a reason.
That’s a whole lots of people doing fuck all
I've been cooking in restaurants for yrs I don't care how professional you are I dont agree with touching ppls food without gloves...
So you mean to tell me that your change gloves every time you touch something?
@@christjan08 if I touch my face or head yea
@@anthonypoche2195 technically speaking, gloves only work if you change them after every ingredient you touch.
Ruins... 🤣
lots of cheap ingredients, cods head, pigs head very cheap very expensive for customers
