For a fun Darkside way to increase your credits by 260%, you can take that 30,840 ( a little less than this since you haven't gone to Davik's estate yet) and buy up all of Igear's medpacs in the undercity. He sells them for 30 each (all other vendors for 40) which will yield 1,028 medpacs (again this is a slight overestimate due to no Davik). Later in the game, once you get to the Manaan Hrakert Station, choose to poison the Kolto. This triples the value of medpacs from 40 to 120 credits. Next fly to Yavin and sell your medpacs to Suvam, as he purchases items at 65% of their sale value, making those 30 credit medpacs you bought now worth 78 each, for a 48 credit profit! That is 80,184 credits total! Of course you can also buy more medpacs after Taris from other vendors before poisoning the Kolto, these will profit you 38 per medpac, not too shabby. Finally, Jolee can craft 110 Life Support Packs before "endgame", which sell to Suvam for 292 each, for another 32,175 credits!
Oh this is perfect. With the money you could be making you could buy out the Sith Empire and the Republic, bribe down Malak from his Magnus position with a few credits, etc. Why bother becoming a Jedi when you have the most powerful item in the game. MONEEEEYYYY!!!!!!! If only I knew this in my first playthrough, haha. "Savior, Conqueror, Enslaver, Freer, you are all things, Revan. And yet in the end, you are just a simple business man trying to make his way in the galaxy."
It’s also important that if you complete all the swoop races on Tatooine, sell the bonds on Yavin. Normally they are 60 credits a piece but on Yavin they’re like 156 or so. 120 bonds at 156 credits a piece is like 18,000 credits.
It's been a long while since I played KotOR but I do know that you can get some additional Moolah by threatening people without the annoying boy-scout (Carth) in your party, as he will interfere and prevent you from obtaining the Credits that should rightfully be yours. The biggest example in my memory is the old man being hounded by Davik's debt collectors, and there should be others as well but like I said it's been a long time. Also for some reason I do remember the Doc responding to you wearing the Sith outfit and begging you but I only remember it happening when opening the door the first time, and without Carth, it was also on the Xbox version but I don't know if that would have mattered at all. I might just be misremembering however.
I’ll definitely have to look into that with Zelka because I was so surprised I couldn’t threaten him. I did open the door the first time with carth and without the sith uniform so I’ll have to give that a check!
You missed a bit slightly. Once Kandon gives you the Gadon bounty, you can go back into the Vulkar base and kill Kandon's bodyguards and get the mine before the prototype accelerator. Then you can not grab the accelerator and go kill Gadon.
So fun fact: if you lose in the arena, a medkit will spawn in a nearby container. You can pick it up and repeat this process infinitely. (This is kinda cheezy and against the spirit of the video but figured Id bring it up!)
I mean I used the bendak exploit so this would’ve definitely been a mention if I knew it prior! I wouldn’t have used it for final amount but if you’re patient enough to grind some money then I’d let people know.
@logeeman8471 planet after planet during both games, tho kotor 2 has mostly randomized loot so it would be interesting to see a "most credit earned run" of peragus
5:47 if you dont have Carth in your party for the fight and conversation the old man will give you his credits (50 credits if i remember correctly) Edit: just finished the video so need to add - you're dumb Great vid mate 👍
I'm not sure it's not held in review for me. But feel free to repost the comment with your updated info for anyone who would also think its interesting like I did!

I never noticed that.
This is the kinda in-depth autistic knowledge I crave
That's why Revan wears that face mask. To cover his big nose

This hits the nostalgia buttons.
Both with the game and with the sound quality.
I love it.
I really hope the sound quality is getting better. I struggled to find a good medium the first couple times! I appreciate it.

You just wait till I make the full get rich video👀😂

Console Commands: Hello, I like money!
When shall we expect the next credit video?
You looking for a KOTOR2 through Peragus and Telos or planet by planet KOTOR 1👀
@logeeman8471 planet after planet during both games, tho kotor 2 has mostly randomized loot so it would be interesting to see a "most credit earned run" of peragus
@@trixelpix1 oh man idk how much I’ll be able to sell a max credit run for a randomized loot pool. I’d almost have to theory craft it if it’s random🧐
@logeeman8471 oh I get that, but it would be cool to see almost like a speed run type community based around who has the best rng
@@trixelpix1 you had me at speedrun I’ve always felt like I wanted to try it!
Thanks ❤
