Bob, did you ever imagine when you were much younger that your business would be as big as it is, become a public speaker about beekeeping not to mention a celebrity? Just a few years ago, most of us would have said who is Bob Binnie? Thanks for sharing so the rest of us have the benefit of your experience and the interesting view into the commercial aspects of beekeeping.
What an incredible job Everyone did, to display a portable vision, of Blue Ridge Honey Company! I’m so proud to have had my first class from y’all some 4 years now. Thank You all for representing our part of the Bee world. Blessed Bee
WOW and quite the exhibit as well as quite the large attendance for the conference. Hopefully The New Mexico Beekeepers Association will get things up and rolling again in 2024!
Great 👍 Show. 11 1/2 hr drive and I can't wait to go again next year. I hope the show is closer to NJ next year 😊😊it was nice to meet ya Bob and all your stuff are so nice and helpful. 😊
What a lineup it was bigger than disneylands ! Cool idea for your booth construction . 🚧 I never would have guessed there would be such a huge turnout .
Hello Bob. I think everyone at the expo had a good time. I also think every beekeeper or thinking of becoming a beekeeper should attend the expo at least once. One of my mentees came along with me.was overwhelmed. I recommend having it in Atlanta Georgia next year for a number of reasons.
Really looked good Bob u said u were not pleased with the way the booth looked last year I think it was just beautiful this year hope I am glad you had a good time. did u get any idea from richard on what kind of bait to pt out to catch the yellow hornets and how did the experiment Roger did with oa extended-release work. is it worth doing. is it a game changer for mite controle. Thanks again for the video I hope your bees do good in this cold that we are about to get, Have a great week.
Nice video Bob. Wish I could have gone but, it wasn't in the cards the year. Maybe you could add a sound track of buzzing bees to the silent parts of your video.
How in the world did I miss the Blue Ridge booth??? I bet I walked by it 5 times. Sorry Bob. This was my first Bee Expo or meeting of any kind. I certainly had an agenda of things I wanted to get and see. Being the first expo and not knowing anyone it was just very hard to try and meet people. I am sure having a booth helps. My assessment was it was a bunch of extraverts in the booths and lots of introverts running around. Personally it was very up and down. So I did meet seth...it would have been nice to meet you Bob but I would have really liked to have met Jessee and the others.
Fun to meet new good people with common sense and intreast . Us trappers been getting together like that sense before this country was even a country. This is more adults thou vs the trapping conventions were kids are more welcome.. alot more attention put towards kids .. just turn them lose lots of activities for the kids . People ask why it draws older generation im sure theres tons of parents to tap into.. love to bring the whole family
I had a chance to speak with the scholarship group of teenagers at the convention. Although not a large group they were very excited and engaged. I don't know why there aren't more.
I mean no harm or to throw any shade, but I was just looking for some clarification. Did anyone happen to see the video hivelife posted about kaymon taking money from them?? Kaymons been a huge inspiration to me for a very long time, and it kind of upset me to see what he did. But they could be completely lying. I don’t see many people talking about it either
@@bobbinnie9872 yes, sir, that totally makes sense. I really really appreciate your input on it and like I said, I mean no offense to him whatsoever. You two have been the biggest inspiration and source of information for me as a first generation, 26 year old fulltime beekeeper. Much love ❤️😁
I am biased but I thought your booth was the nicest at the Expo and seemed to be a gathering point for everyone there. It was a great representation of you and your staff. Great seeing everyone!
Bob
Thank you for being a gracious statesman for our industry

Totally unexpected. Life is full of surprises.👍
The event was so spectacular it almost left Bob speechless. Thanks for the photos.

Well designed booth display with ease to move around and see the products.

I like the Atlanta idea. I know Kamon and Laurel have a lot to consider when choosing a sight.
@@bobbinnie9872 is it true that HL is suing Kamon for misappropriation of funds?
I'm not sure where all the legal back and forth stands at this time.@@calebhollen5316
I enjoyed getting to see you and the staff that were there again.
Looks like doing your booth mock-up really paid off. A lot of neat display ideas used. Nice job by all!!!
your booth was top notch
Thanks.
Поздравляю. Отличная выставка. Огромный стенд. Твоя компания выросла до самых больших размеров. Успехов и удачи. Желаю большого здоровья. Долгих лет.
One 1st prize for the black jar? Love your supers stack for displays.
good seeing you again. Booth was great.
Love the idea of pins on the map
You've got Richard Noel. A who's who of beekeeping.... I love these videos
So disappointed I couldn't go (broken ankle). You bet next year though. Looks like an amazing show/expo.
Way to go Blue Ridge Honey Company. I'm looking forward to my New Journey in life with my Honey Bee's.
It was great meeting you and sharing our honey with you!
We had a great time looking forward to next year
It was really nice meeting you at the honey show
Great update Bob 🐝🐝🐝

Hi Frances. Greg shared data thyat showed it does work. I think it will be utilized a lot in the future. I wasn't able to attend Richard's talk.
Nice video Bob. Wish I could have gone but, it wasn't in the cards the year. Maybe you could add a sound track of buzzing bees to the silent parts of your video.
Looks like it was a lot of fun! I may go next year.
Lots of fun. You would enjoy it.
Sell honey straws with your varieties of honey. It would be nice to know who won the ribbons in the honey class.

It was a big show. Easy to miss something.👍
What an impressive display, I bet the booth was hopping!
We were definitely kept busy. I'm glad I'm not up there with your cold weather right now. 😎
We were stuck in a pocket of mild -25 air over Fargo while the rest of western Canada suffered in -35,-45 cold.
We are now in the below -30 weather
Ouch! I guess it could be worse.@@aCanadianBeekeepersBlog
that booth design is sustainabitlity on the edge. Imagine to walk out with empty hands or a suitcase with cash as energy exchange.
Great pictures and videos Bob! Looks like you guys had a great time there. Do you by any chance know how many attendees have been there?
Thanks. I'm not sure of the exact number but I've heard with booth people and speakers it was around 3300.
Loved your booth set up (using boxes in different displays!) and were those your blue ribbons?
Thanks. I only wish those were our blue ribbons.
Looks like it was a great expo! I'm still too nervous to meet the legend....I think after this season I'll be qualified lol
Good Morning Bob !

Some day I'll make the show. But working full time just won't let it happen, yet
I get it. 👍

I don't know all the details but I do know enough to be sure that there is some very misleading info being put out there. Kinda like politics.

I wonder what other famous person is out there that has the first name Bob?
Morning Bob
Good Morning.
Wish he would have had this a different weekend, not the same as Hive Life 😢
I am curious about the crowd size at HiveLife. I wish them well & hope everyone is successful.
