I love that painting technique. I may do that to my fountain. I bought an old one on the marketplace its nice looking but it's old and most of the stain is gone. I bought an expensive stain kit from the maker of the fountain but it would not stick to the surface for whatever reason.
This would work well for a concrete fountain. Just wet it, paint through watered down base coat on, and then dry brush over that with whatever color you wanted it to look like (stone, bronze, etc). Is the fountain concrete?
@crewsvilleadventures its cast stone. I saw the fountain online didn't want to pay close to 2 thousand for a new one when I saw this one for 250 on the marketplace I had to get it.
It is great. Do you use molds you make,or Do you buy them?
@@BybleBytes thanks! I buy them from a place that makes them or from other places if I happen to see a unique one.
Great. Can you please share the link. That it would be appreciated. ❤
