Minecraft is still one of the best themes. No stickers and no unreasonable pricing. Some sets are a little bit pricy but that's everything now a days with inflation.
I think the prices can be a little high for some of the minecraft sets, but I agree that they usually have some of the best value of any theme(especially because of no stickers)

The Wolf Fortress isn't much of a fortress, even for what you pay, with barely anything in the features department. It's also about the same size as the sniffer set, but costs 7 dollars more. Ouch, and I believe the sniffer set should be 25 dollars, not 28, so the wolf fortress is actually 10 dollars overpriced for a boring set. No reasonable person is buying this.

Regarding the lack of movement in minecraft(with the exception of mobs and sand & gravel & clay blocks ) there is a "Create" mod that allows you to BUILD anything that you want to be able to move (from windmills to functional opening doors and literally a classic house on wheels, the only limit is imagination)
Pretty sure you misnamed both of the sniffer's plants. Also if you care: The white blocks around the amethyst is called calcite in game. The cherries in the wolf set are most likely sweet berries which are in the game. The "autumn tree" doesn't exist and my guess is that the leaves are supposed to be the wool from the two sheep in the set. I'm pretty sure I saw these in Walmart yesterday.

For the windmeal one that weird birch tree is a custom build the player used the wool from the sheep’s to make it
