To answer the cycling questions: The outfit is just called a cycling kit and the reason why the padding is in the shorts is because it helps with the distribution of weight and also means the seat does not have to be as large. Some bike shorts do have pockets, but all bike jerseys have the pocket mainly because it's easier to reach back to get things from a back pocket than reaching down to grab something from your legs. However, at least for when I raced state I never carried anything in my pockets because it's extra weight and also probably could fall out.
I used to fold my socks so that the pair would stay together and I don't have to search for two matching socks in the morning when I need to get to work. I solved that problem by literally only having one type of sock (I bought a whole bunch of the same ones). Now I just grab the two first socks on top of the drawer.

I actually approve of your opinion about folding socks. However for holes in socks, I can’t do because if I used those socks for running I would end up with blisters. I give my broken socks to my dog and play tug of war with him with the socks
Rek is that one friend that’s random but so chill at the same time PS: Shorts have padding instead of the seats because of aerodynamics and the same goes for the pockets, and pockets in shirts are more comfortable when leaning on a competitive bike and it’s easier to grab out of shirt pockets while staying seated

I spend a decent chunk of my waking hours sitting in a chair and I can confidently say that a bike ride really does revitalize the body. Even though I can get worn out a little pedaling a heavy, full suspension mountain bike up hill, I still enjoy it. I'm glad to hear Parker and his brother get to experience the same joy of bike riding. Oh, about the bike seat thing. Most manufactures cut costs by minimizing things such as the seat size. When it comes to more competitive riders, lower weight is almost always preferred. If a rider wants a more comfortable seat then they have a few options. Buy a different seat, buy a padded seat cover, or buy wearable padding. Might I recommend watching videos from the Berm Peak Express RUclips channel.

I have OCD (or ADHD or both idk) and apparently that affects my taste for socks, the seam of the sock where it is above the toes really affects my right foot's pinkie toe, if the seam is touching it then it is really annoying and I have to adjust it every 30 seconds, if it is not then I'm fine. So I just try not to wear socks whenever I can. Also, one of my socks mysteriously disappears every month or so. And they keep vanishing until I have to buy new socks, it sucks. lol

I completely agreed on the need to go outside and not wanting to go outside, it really feels different once I’m outside, in the sun, or whatnot, exercise, it just felt fresher and with more energy.

similar to the grasshoppers: my dad and i were biking one time and this prairie dog tried to cross the path in front of me, so i zoom past and he stops and does a full 180, while hes flat on the ground, and tries to go back the way he came, and my dad comes after me, directly in front of where the prairie dog was going, so he spins around AGAIN and this is in the span of like 5 seconds

I have a cycling kit, the bottom part is referred to as a bib but I don't know if the top has it own name. But yeah I think someone else has mentioned it about the pockets but when you are cycling you legs are almost constantly moving so it's less practical to put pockets there. However our most recent kits do have pockets on the bottom part. But Biking and just taking a break outdoors is so refreshing.
Weight training and running are very good for me because once i start, i get that surge of energy and my senses just feel sharper. When i have a day where i play video games, its hard to stop. Its good to have friends to train with too because you can help motivate each other too.
