I LOVE how there were SIX girls training in that small room AND THREE Female World champions who trained there that day, and the Flograpp guys always pop in has NEVER interview or feature them yet. :T
most of the champs were already high level before joining together at unity. they just followed murilo & miyaos. I'm guessing the high levels came from their gym in Brazil
Cuz thats how we train here in Brazil, its Hard to open a big gym like Checkmat headquarters here in Sao Paulo, so we are used to train in small places like this (not w that lack of higene lol)
