This video is so chill, I feel like I'm basically there hanging out with you. Have my subscription and thanks for the content, I'm new to Bluegrass in general so these simple little tidbits are what are going to slowly help my playing not sound so sterile as I get more comfortable with the boom-chuck rhythm(s) and stuff. Thanks again!

"It doesn't matter where you're coming from. It's where you're going." Perfect.
Wow could not have said it better brother
Always a joy Andy!
I’d love to be able to “noodle“ like you did at the end. It’s coming… Thanks to taking some of your classes and watching your videos.
I like your insights, and feel for the music. Keep on playing.
Nice demonstration of how bluegrass rhythm guitar works.
Thanks a lot for posting, Andy!
Greetings from Germany
Love listening to you play.
Thanks, Joe!
Great lesson. Thanks. I wish more people would focus on rhythm lessons

EXCELLENT!!! Please expand this. You are onto something! AT the end what are you playing and what triads are you using?
There's a lot that goes into that, but I will try to touch on some of those techniques in future videos. G, C, and D triads
Love the fat boom idea, and the swell. Would you say that swell includes an accent on the up beat/strum?
Hmmm..... Thinking ..... Not sure off hand.... Need to try it
He looks like he needs more sleep
