as someone who loves learning and dropped out of school in high school because of how much i hated the environment, yes I did notice, but only recently. For the longest time I thought there was something fundamentally wrong with me that I hated school but loved learning as it seemed so contradictory. reading pedagogy of the oppressed really opened my eyes
