I made a special meal with the leftover chicken.
You can enjoy the salty and delicious rice bowl with steamed onions and eggs.
■ Material
- 4 pieces of chicken (replaceable with chicken nuggets)
- Half an onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 bowl of rice (250 g)
- Mayonnaise
- Parsley
■ Spice jar (rice spoon measurement)
- 3 spoons of soy sauce
- 2 spoons of cooking wine
- 1 spoon oligosaccharide
■ Cooking method
1. Shred the onions.
2. Beat in two eggs.
3. Put on plastic gloves and open the chicken.
4. Add 3 spoons of soy sauce + 2 spoons of cooking wine + 1 spoon of oligosaccharide and make the sauce.
5. Grease with cooking oil and scramble the eggs.
6. Fry the chicken, please.
7. Grease with cooking oil and stir-fry onions.
8. Sprinkle the sauce, please.
9. Use a bowl to put the rice in a round shape on a plate.
10. Add onions, eggs, and chicken, please.
11. Sprinkle mayonnaise, please.
12. Sprinkle parsley on it. (Exceptable to omit)
■ TIP
1. If you don't have chicken, you can replace it with chicken nuggets.
2. Put plastic on the lid of the mayonnaise with a toothpick.
If you make a hole, you can decorate it in a pretty shape.
