@@Austinfdp tbh, the best thing they could have done is that sasuke defeats naruto with indra's arrow and when naruto is close to death, kurama lets him use the baryon mode. After getting annihilated by baryon mode, sasuke only had few minutes of life left, he realizes his mistake and releases the infinite tsukuyomi and dies. Then after a few episodes the show ends without continuing it with boruto. They really ruined my favorite character 😭😭😭
The way I saw sasukes character was, as the series went on we saw him get more and more consumed by hate. By his battle with Naruto he was just fighting with rage, and not using his logic.

It's also implied that a stronger person can win the soul tug of war if they have a sufficient amount of power over the user of the soul steal. As such, naruto had more power and stamina to theoretically win in the tug of war.

He also says that amps aren't multiplicative (he says they are all additive) even though the explanation for sage mode literally said it doubles your chakra if you are perfect at it. This has me worried for sage mode.
Naruto was holding back throughout the fight , except for indra arrow vs planetary rasenshuriken. Sasuke says something along the lines of "are you going to just keep playing defense". Listen, Sasuke was trying to kill Naruto and Naruto was trying to save him.

Naruto went into that fight with complete mastery over his abilities while sasuke went into that inexperienced with the rinnegan. Sasuke is above naruto in literally every way expert for physical strength and chakra.

Most of Sasuke stronger hax, genjutsu, don't work on Naruto. He can't deal enough lethal damage in a single blow that Naruto won't just regen almost instantly, due to his far greater durability. To prove this Naruto literally takes a chidori to face and it doesn't leave any lasting damage. Naruto can also make those kurama shadow clones whenever he wants and gather the Nature energy like he did in the final battle and murder Sasuke. Sasuke needed the power of all nine biju to overpower Naruto.

Sasuke was always like that he always gets emotional in their fight it's not a plot hole it is just his character. Plus Naruto wasn't using kekkei genkai, which he showed to have close to full mastery, boil release( gave him enough speed and physical amp to take kaguya's arm ) , lava release (Amps your existing physical power) and shukaku gave him counters to amaterasu ( shukaku sealing kekkei genkai/ instant paralysis). That's just 3 other tailed beast are implied to have their own unique power.
@@kijanajenkins2546 gaara can use sand because shukaku gave him that ability, he could still use that ability even when obito was controlling shukaku. Another example is when shukaku was seal away and turned into the ten tails gaara's ability wasn't affected so that should extent to naruto since thematically it never goes away.

You can do it to both sides, reality is in battle shounens like naruto there's a point where the characters have just so many powers that it is very difficult to write a fight that actually uses the full potential of their powers, by the end of the anime you could make a winning argument to any character in any fight if it's not a stomp.
It's pretty clear in the anime & manga how much stronger Naruto was compared to Sasuke at that point, people just don't understand or in denial cause they're just Sasuke dick riders lol.
A lot of what he's saying is that instead of being a bunch of ninja with super powers we just have a big kaiju battle and then everyone goes home happy.

Not only is it possible that I could agree with Dark Bick and his take of how the Hatred might be. No one Sasuke fought whether it be Deidara, Itachi, or Danzo has this level of Power Gap. Naruto was able to keep up so well while not even trying to kill Sasuke. He clearly had the overall advantage in the battle being able to match up to Sasuke + the 9 Bijuu Energy all with just his half of Kurama and the other Bijuu's Chakra and the Nature Energy. What really could change the battle is if anything else could make Sasuke stronger... = Don't try to act like Sasuke can finish it here. Naruto could fight for his soul with Nagato so clearly he could fight with his soul with Sasuke if anything that would make it worse for Sasuke because he might not expect that. Also at this point he would be adapting and who knows if he would have the same level of proficiency as Nagato? 2: Onxy Chidori would matter if you assume it's just power because Naruto could tank it like he tanked the Chidori that hit him and sent him all the way into the watter. 3: Chibaku wouldn't matter since Naruto could just break out of it with his Avatar at best in this case and his Truthseeking orbs at worst since he would just be able to shield around himself and break out. Amaterasu Arrows wouldn't matter he could just make his Avatar and we know those Arrows are Truthseeker orb level. 4: Amaterasu literally got fodderized without his Cloak and just the blob. 5: He wouldn't be able to absorb fast enough leading to him taking more damage if Naruto were to use his abilities that he didn't use. That is what you call Gudodamas? More anime and Manga differences. Doesn't matter the Anime fight is still better. Anyways now you realize those Truthseeking orbs are there which probably neg most of the responses. Also Naruto was still able to react with Sage abilities or his pure reaction in both instances so clearly his counter measure wouldn't take to long at least not longer than the things you would be needing Sasuke to do. Also Naruto could Sub with a Clone if he used Chibaku or maybe even break the Chibaku with clones like he did to Orochimaru's Snake. Block Ama by having a Clone get hit by it like Boruto/Momo did. Neither the rinnegans soul steal or chakra absorbtion powers are instant, so for it to work naruto would have to just stand there and take it. If he actually tried it, it would just put sasuke in a really vounerable position for a counter attack, assuming he can even use them yet. You have to remember that sasuke really just got his rinnegan the night before, and he has no reason to know any of the abilities since he hasn't seen all of them, unlike naruto who sasuke probably knows can counter them anyways since he beat pain. He can just resist the soul steal, like we saw against nagato, and he's only gotten better at tug of war since, and trying to drain naruto's chakra at this point it like trying to empty out the ocean with a bucket. Amaterasu would just be countered like we saw, it's not the instant win you think it is. If he can block it with a weaker v1 cloack, there's no reason he shouldn't be able to in his strongest form, even if he is hit in an area that isn't visibly coatet in chakra, he could probably cut the burning skin part off and heal it back, he regrew half his lung as a kid after all. Onyx chidori may not be powerful enough to seal naruto on it's own, and it's unclear if he can even still use it since the moon seal disappeared as soon as kaguya was sealed. When it comes to chibaku tensei, again, naruto wouldn't just sit there and let it form around him, he's not dumb either, and even if he did, he could easily break out of it. I also don't think indras arrow would normally drain all of his chakra, I think that came from the explosion stripping it away for both of them, and sure, he was slowly wearing naruto down, but we don't know if he could keep that Form up indefinetly. He didn't know naruto would just pull out an equally powerful form out of his ass to counter him either. You just know he was upset when that happened, even I low key thought that was bs. In conclision: Naruto hard counters sasuke in pretty much every way I can think of, so he got his ass beat.

We ought to remember that this fight took place right after the end of the 4th ninja war, which took place over at least a day of non-stop fighting, even with the amped chackra boost they receive through the sage of six paths, they still fought a full powered madara and kaguya, 2 fights that they had to go all out to win It's easy to say that naruto and sasuke were mentally exausted after all that, which leads to stupid decisions in the fight

Unfortunaly for Sasuke, sage mode + kage bunshin is the ultimate god mode life hack. Naruto has almost infinite chakra and can make clones absorb all enemy attacks. When naruto loses it can only be decided by the script, blocking his ability to absorb other natural energy or create other clones
Actually natural energy won't matter considering how Madara immediately mastered it and thought it was disappointing Sasuke will be skilled enough to learn sage mode his reserves are large just not as large as Naruto

It is still Kurama's chakra over Naruto, it's just shown in a different way. The simple fact to accept is that when they started the fight Naruto was just stronger and Sasuke was catching up and getting stronger during the fight until he absorbed the chakra from the Biju and you're really downplaying Naruto, Amateratsu won't work, some of the Rinnegan abilities are kinda useless apart from the absorbing one(Naruto also has so much chakra it won't even matter), deva path's abilities, Naruto can resist that, animal path is useless, asura path is useless, human path, Naruto can resist that, and I'm sorry Naruto is not getting killed by an onyx Chidori. We all know Genjutsu is useless against him, all of Sasuke hax are kinda not important so all he could do was play Naruto's game and try and overpower him and i think you're overestimating Sasuke's intelligence, sure he's smarter than Naruto but he's not as smart as you're making him out to be. Why does genjutsu not work on Naruto? Itachi put him in a genjutsu without him even realising and Sasuke has a Sharingan and can still get hit with genjutsu. The tailed beasts also all get genjutsu'd by Sasuke instantly and then discarded using the mini planet power of the Rennagan. The only power Naruto had over Sasuke in this fight was honestly Chakra and Sage mode: even then Naruto was getting slapped around.
Just the simple fact that Sasuke never utilized Genjutsu in a fight against Naruto in the numerous fights they had before the War Arc, but used it against a perfect Jinchuuriki in Killer Bee...tells you everything you need to know. No matter how powerful Sasuke became or how intelligent he was, logic went out the window purely because in the end he was destined to lose to Naruto during his life time because he's Indra's incarnation (same with Madara to Hashirama). The theme became brute strength over intellect. And because Sasuke wasn't the protagonist, he wasn't allowed to win their final battle.

If Sasuke never beat Naruto, he wouldn't have left Konoha. If Naruto won he would've brough back Sasuke in Part 1. We find out the reason Naruto ultimately ends up stronger than Sasuke is because just like Hashirama, Naruto is a reincarnation of Ashura...Hagoromo's chosen son. THAT'S the reason the show is called Naruto.

I think people take that line out of context because in the Anime there are like 30 mins between the start of the fight to that line. While in the manga the time between the final battle beginning to that line was not that long. Sasuke started the fight with a fireball, then the Chidori, then both became big avatars and Naruto protected himself against a sword slash, and then they punched each other. Meaning in the fight which has been max 30 seconds Naruto has only had time to play defensively, meaning the line could probably be Sasuke taunting Naruto for not being fast enough to attack. And don't say "Naruto didn't want to kill Sasuke" Because even though he didn't want to kill Sasuke, he would still go all out to Stop Sasuke.

To be fair naruto is no strategic slouch either just ask Sasuke & Zabuza about the time Naruto himself came up with the plan to force the demon of the mist into releasing the water prison jutsu that held kakashi hostage, also ask Pain how much of a strategist the newly made sage was in their fight. He is not as strategically proficient as Sasuke but certainly skilled enough to keep Sasuke from destroying him in a one sided affair. We can also make the assumption that Naruto clearly has Sasuke beat in terms of raw power so much so that the Uchiha absorbed the power of the tailed beasts to make up the difference, that certainly in of itself does away with the belief in Naruto's destruction. Naruto also has the vitality edge via stamina, durability and regeneration(though it has its limits) over Sasuke, the combat proficient prodigy who without question would land considerably more hits on the blonde haired knuckle head who can actually take it. Sasuke's varied arsenal, combat ability & intellect are only meant to make up the difference in the power, vitality & sheer will of Naruto nothing more. Sasuke does not destroy Naruto because "the Uzumaki can do this all day" & my personal bias towards Naruto aside, he does not destroy Sasuke because he's simply not skilled enough to do so.
Naruto is actually equally skilled or more skilled than sasuke by the end of the war arc. Probably before the war arc even started tbh. Sasuke only stood a chance cuz Naruto was holding back as much as spiderman when he fights a regular human thug. If Naruto went all out he would have punched sasuke's head off. He is just that much more powerful. And as u mentioned, naruto isnt unskilled, so lets just pretend that sasuke is more skilled than naruto (stated to be false but its a hypothetical so whatever). sasuke wouldnt be so much more skilled and so much smarter to actually make up the massive difference in power unless naruto was a moron with no skill at all. If naruto is even a little competent in comparison to sasuke (hes a lot more than a little bit) then sasuke gets blitzed, but naruto didnt wanna kill him so he pulled all his punches and tried to restrain and weaken sasuke rather than hurt him. This is the general problem of late Shippuden to Boruto. Everyone fights like a fucking chimp and it's honestly frustrating. It's just better to see them fight smarter than JUST with Martial Arts. How is he weaker in everything? He has way more jutsus, he has way more feats, his skill is clearly superior too. Naruto won the fight even though he fought way more and way longer in the war. Naruto beat Pain, he figured out how 3rd Raikage got scarred and folded him. 3rd Raikage would speedblitz MS Sasuke. Naruto learned Rasengan in a month and Sage mode in a week and he created his own fighting style which uses clones just like Hashirama did with his wood clones. KCM2 Naruto contended with 6 of the 9 bijuu with ease. Naruto's Rasengan variants are more destructive than any of Sasuke's jutsu. Need more proof?

You forgot that Naruto is immune to Amaterasu due to the Kyuubi chakra 💀 Naruto had more pure power than Sasuke had, and he wasn't trying to kill him during the battle. Him using his "IQ" would've proven useless, as even when he used all the tailed beasts, he still couldn't win. The majority of Sasuke's arsenal is just downright useless against Naruto. As you noted, Naruto pretty much survived the chidori straight to the lungs in their first fight, but you somehow believe an onyx chidori would make any difference when he only showcased it once and it hardly did anything to Madara.

I don't honestly think he was holding back. I believe that's what kishimoto wanted it to appear as but Naruto had all his clones use double rasengan charging at assume and fighting with them. What the hell was he gunna do if they hit? sasuke would have been dead.
Ok so. 1) Human path - not a good idea since it is very hard to pull soul from Naruto (example- fight with revived Nagato) and naruto now is far more natural with his chakra hands which wont let Sasuke to simply pull out the soul. 2) Onyx Chidori- Naruto can counter it with his own sage powers, which he didnt use, because it would kinda kill Sasuke and I dont think that naruto will receive any fatal damage since he is durable as fuck and Sasuke's Chidori's hit didnt do anything to Naruto. And also- Naruto can heal. 3) Chibaku Tensei- useless against Naruto since he can destory those in seconds, Sasuke would simply use too much power for a move that doesnt even work. 4) Amaterasu- it was pretty clear for the series to understand that amaterasu doesnt burn shit. It is S class jutsy but not SS or S+ class which you actually need to at least harm Naruto. 5) Succ his kyuubi chakra- The succ process is very slow and Naruto has just tons of chakra so in the first half of the battle it was useless in the second part- we have seen what happened when sasuke tried this. Overall, looking at the whole video it seemed like every Sasuke's move could kill Naruto, but it just cant. Naruto's skin is too hard to break trough again- Chidori, even if it is normal Chidori it is still the same one, that chopped Madara in half didnt even scratched Naruto, just pushed him away, so asuming that Chidori powered by low level Jutsy (for this fight at least) as Amaterasu would drastically change the whole situation is just dumb. I think that it would actually take Chidori + 6 path powers direct hit to do at least some damage to Naruto (and remember, he can heal it). And ofcourse 6 path Naruto has probably all powers that his tail beast chakra form has, so Amateraus is useless anyways (Dude in this same fight Naruto was literally holding Amaterasu spear in his hands, so it can even burn a little). And how would Sasuke's Rinnegan help? Each, he can telleport and stuff but still he doesnt have that much of Jutsys that can hit Naruto and do damage, thats why his strongest ones (Susanno) was used and failed. And fighting Naruto with boosted form was a nice idea, but it still didnt do the job to actually kill Naruto, he was able to even tank direct normal arrows hit so Sasuke needed more powerfull attacks to finish the job ones and for all and it was the best plan he had during this fight, he could not predict Naruto to gather Natural energy like that. Overall, Overall, we can all agree that Naruto in the beggining and probably throughout the fight was far stronger than Sasuke. Naruto was holding back, while Sasuke tried his best to kill Naruto and still failed, Naruto is just stronger, we could see it even in a fight with Kaguya, where 0 of Sasuke's Jutsy hit or deal damage to her, while Naruto damaged her with his punches (a little) with his 9 tail beast bomb Rasenshuriken and cut her arm with... some powerup like jutsy we have never ever seen him using again. Why dont you actually consider it? If Naruto used this shit- Sasuke is a goner, that's for sure.

Naruto was holding back, had been fighting for longer, constantly sharing his chakra, and even shared his chakra in the fight against jubito which would lessen his fatigue and increase Naruto’s fatigue even more, so I say no, sasuke still should not have won, and Naruto’s durability is insane so I’d say Naruto could tank a lot of his attacks at least once, he also has Kurama do he’d just start healing it back very quickly(obviously not back to a perfect state all in the time frame of a fight while fighting someone of his level.
Oh yeah what I mean by holding back is just that Naruto was fighting to win and at most heavily injure sasuke he didn’t want any irreparable damage done and especially no death whereas sasuke is fighting for the kill and his spot as the next hokage so he can lead to an “ideal” future.

Naruto fought the entire war which sasuke didn’t and also passed out him chakra like it was candy on holloween which sasuke also didn’t do. Maybe sasuke is smarter than naruto but if both of them were at 100% and naruto had killing intent naruto would not lose. Although i can agree to some extent there are points you make which are questionable 1. You said sasuke could use his moon seal to buff his chidori but sasuke lost the seal once they sealed kaguya, can he still use it without his moon seal? 2. You said as if amaterasu is 100% going to hit when all naruto have to do is use his tso to eat up all of it and is fast enough to do so 3. You also said that sasuke can use his pseudo 10 tails susanoo to kill naruto but all that naruto have to do is send a tso to completely negg the entire susanoo when they were doing the cqc battle Granted naruto is dumb but he actually know how the tso works and how to use it properly, naruto use them against sasuke'e arrows and that was completely unnecessary cause his rasenshurikens are way stronger then the arrows and are more than enough to block the projectiles Also naruto didnt use lava rasenshuriken for whatever reason which was able to cut madara and the entire shinju tree, im pretty sure sasuke and his susanoo is a piece of cake for that rasenshuriken
Sasuke is left handed, but he doesn't have any extra power in that hand. many are convinced that he acquired the black chidori in that hand when Hagoromo provided the seals to Naruto and Sasuke, but that thing only served to seal Kaguya. The black chidori comes from the fact that Sasuke has acquired some of the 'six path' chakra
Naruto wasn't using the Bijuu abilities he was holding back or I think he could have just used Boil Release + TSO and just killed Sasuke. That wasn't the point of the fight. The point was for Naruto to get through to Sasuke.

Yeah the human path wasn't gonna do much. Its been shown to only really be effective against weaker opponents. Nagato used it on Naruto when Naruto was restrained. If Sasuke tried to use it on Naruto, Naruto would stop him with chakra arms and counter attack at the same time. Sasuke still had better options than base chidori but definitely not the human path.

Sasuke is not an Uzumaki... Sasuke might have more Chakra than the normal Uchiha but he doesn't have Naruto level Chakra. Madara says his Perfect Susanoo compares to Kurama the Full one so maybe Perfect Susanoo's are just Bijuu level. Regardless Madara's statement wouldn't matter because this is Kurama post Six Paths boosts and with the Juubi Cloak abilities. Doesn't matter if Naruto doesn't have a Doujutsu do you think that Tobirama had a doujutsu he still found a way to beat Izuna. If Doujutsu was enough then Kakashi and Kid Sasuke would have solo'd Zabuza and Haku. Going futher back the Uchiha would have never lost to the Senju. Naruto and Sasuke both train. Shinra and Banshou are not as useful since Naruto has dealt with them before Obito implies this and they might actually just be wasteful since they might not help or that much and if they lose their element of surprise they are done. Very based analysis, you'll trigger a ton of fanboys for arguing tihs :) I'll add some other things Sasuke could've done: 1. He could've used rikudo-powered shinra tensei to shield himself from the immediate explosion thus saving his Bijuu-Powered Susano'o. We know he still had some chakra afterwards as he used amaterasu and chidori. 2. He could've transformed Bijuu chakra into Blaze Release instead of Lightning. Enton Indra's Arrow would have elemental advantage against Naruto's Wind style Rasenshuriken (which has advantage against Lightning btw). If Sasuke managed to draw with inferior element, he would've obliterated with the superior one. 3. He could've just used Izanagi during their final clash to secure victory. There's no reason he shouldn't be able to considering he saw it in action and we know Uchihas used to spam it back in the day. However there's a plot reason why he didn't use it and that's Itachi's lecture that trying to change one's fate is bad. There's just one thing i disagree with. He did use Amenotejikara for the blitz in the manga, he just did it without swapping places with a TSB i.e. he just tp'd behind. We know this because the sound effect in the manga is the one for teleportation. He also used it once with Susano'o just to close distance with Naruto's Avatar (which is pretty dumb lol, but the sheer range shows he could've done what you suggested - displace Naruto into the path of his own attack).

Some people theorize that he's merely swapping place with empty air or dust, i'm not sure if that's the case but the effect is the same. EDIT: He did the same against Kaguya in the Gravity dimension when he tried to blitz her. Body Flicker wouldn't have worked due to gravity so Ameno is the only explanation.

I was under the impression that Sasuke didn’t have faith that those things would work. Sasuke even said that he needed the tailed beast’s chakra after Naruto countered amaterasu. If Sasuke thought he needed the Tailed Beasts against BASE exhausted Naruto why would he think the amaterasu laced chidori was going to work against six paths Naruto? Sasuke legitimately believed that in order to defeat Naruto he would have to completely overpower him and beat him at his own game. The justu he did use were either hacks or to help with positioning. This fight was also more emotional than it was cold and calculated like it was vs Deidara. Besides, there’s zero guarantee that any of the suggestions in the video would’ve actually worked and I figured that’s why Sasuke didn’t use them. Hell, he resorted to Indra’s Arrow because he thought that’s what it would take to finally overpower Naruto just for Naruto to match and cancel it out.
1. he needed the tailed beasts because he had no chakra left, because he used it in a single shot. He didn't need them because only a Indra susanno could beat base Naruto 2. most of the things he said would work. Like the Amaterasu chidori, we know chidori will always burn the target it hits, and we know Naruto doesn't have a cloak in 6PSM, and we know Sasuke would definitely hit Naruto with his amaterasu chidori because he could hit with his normal chidori. 3. the " The justu he did use were either hacks or to help with positioning" is just wrong, in the fight Sasuke used 5 jutsus, He used the fireball jutsu, chidori, indras arrow, Amaterasu, and Preta path. And only Fireball was used to improve his position. 4. Thinking about using the Indras arrow was just stupid, which was Dygos point. Using the arrow as a sword did way more.
First point: - Naruto can fight back and overpower human path's soul reap ability, he has shown that he can get rid of amaterasu with his cloak, can easily break out of chibaku tensei, and if he tried to suck naruto's cloak he would either be turned into a frog (or at least sasuke may be scared of it) or naruto would just not care as his chakra supplies far outclass sasuke. Sasuke is probably just using chidori to test naruto as he knows he can't end this in one blow. Second Point: - Basically just a rehash from the first part going deeper into amaterasu, even eight tales was able to get rid of it pretty easily with no permanent damage, naruto is a much better jinchuriki by now and sasuke would know this. Sasuke probably waited for chakra cloak to run out so that he can put amaterasu on naruto's actual body but this didn't even work since Naruto still had enough kyuubi chakra to cloak it off. Third point: - Amenotejikara, Naruto already saw everything it can do so he wouldn't be as confused as madara, by this point in the story Naruto is also shown to be a fighting genius (not as much as sasuke of course) so Sasuke may have been waiting for a good opportunity to use it and either didn't find one or had used up too much chakra to risk it by the point he did find one. Fourth point: - Sasuke's Indra Arrow, sasuke just absorb all of the tailed beast's chakra, he now thinks he outmatches naruto in power, why would he allow naruto to come up with a strategy, summon thousands of clones and beat him up, or even straight up outlast him in a prolonged fight. This is a point that sasuke surely took into consideration, knowing about naruto's insane regeneration and chakra supply Naruto would definitely outlast him in a prolonged fight. This is the most powerful sasuke will be in the entire fight which is why he decides to end it all with one attack. Conclusion: - Although Sasuke is shown to be smarter than Naruto throughout the story, by this point his quest of revenge brought him to being incredibly unstable. His descent into madness is only stopped by Naruto, in this fight Sasuke isn't that much smarter than Naruto anymore, he is fueled by emotion and wants to prove to himself and everyone else that he's stronger. Even if at some point he may have found a way to "cheese" a victory that would not have satisfied him. Naruto wasn't necessarily holding back on him, considering even as genin Kakashi taught them to always strike with killing intent, but he was fighting in a less aggressive manner and was only trying to de-escalate the fight and only used his power when necessary (such as the huge rasen shuriken that countered Indra's arrow) which suggests Naruto may have been able to outright overpower and kill sasuke at some points in the fight. Overall it seems like both are missing many opportunities to "win" and start using the fight as a way to read into each other's hearts, a plotpoint that was present as far back as their first fight in the Final Valley.

Also a lot of ppl seem to forget or just not realize this, Naruto was not trying to kill Sasuke in that fight meaning he was not going all out against him. Though Sasuke could have defeated naruto in that fight but the writer himself said that naruto didn't even wanted to fight or kill Sasuke that's why naruto didn't used his full potential in that fight as in his so6p kcm mode naruto is the fastest shinobi ever. To prove this Naruto literally takes a chidori to face and it doesn't leave any lasting damage. Naruto can also make those kurama shadow clones whenever he wants and gather the Nature energy like he did in the final battle and murder Sasuke. Sasuke needed the power of all nine biju to overpower Naruto.

Sasuke was always like that he always gets emotional in their fight it's not a plot hole it is just his character.
Plus Naruto wasn't using kekkei genkai, which he showed to have close to full mastery, boil release( gave him enough speed and physical amp to take kaguya's arm ) , lava release (Amps your existing physical power) and shukaku gave him counters to amaterasu ( shukaku sealing kekkei genkai/ instant paralysis).
That's just 3 other tailed beast are implied to have their own unique power.
Naruto couldn't use any of the Kekkei Genkai's because Sasuke had them in his Genjutsu.

You can do it to both sides, reality is in battle shounens like naruto there's a point where the characters have just so many powers that it is very difficult to write a fight that actually uses the full potential of their powers, by the end of the anime you could make a winning argument to any character in any fight if it's not a stomp.

Not only is it possible that I could agree with Dark Bick and his take of how the Hatred might be.
No one Sasuke fought whether it be Deidara, Itachi, or Danzo has this level of Power Gap.
Naruto was able to keep up so well while not even trying to kill Sasuke.
He clearly had the overall advantage in the battle being able to match up to Sasuke + the 9 Bijuu Energy all with just his half of Kurama and the other Bijuu's Chakra and the Nature Energy.

Sasuke literally states that he's finally fighting with Killing intent and I think Sasuke's smart enough to read so you could just assume just like Hiruzen was fighting against Orochimaru that Naruto was fighting against Sasuke defensively and just making sure he doesn't die while wearing down Sasuke.
If you are saying Sasuke is held back mentally that isn't an issue that is just part of the story as he literally says he doesn't want to kill Naruto but he has too and this mental block would just be part of the story and his character.

Neither the rinnegans soul steal or chakra absorbtion powers are instant, so for it to work naruto would have to just stand there and take it. If he actually tried it, it would just put sasuke in a really vounerable position for a counter attack, assuming he can even use them yet. You have to remember that sasuke really just got his rinnegan the night before, and he has no reason to know any of the abilities since he hasn't seen all of them, unlike naruto who sasuke probably knows can counter them anyways since he beat pain. He can just resist the soul steal, like we saw against nagato, and he's only gotten better at tug of war since, and trying to drain naruto's chakra at this point it like trying to empty out the ocean with a bucket. Amaterasu would just be countered like we saw, it's not the instant win you think it is. If he can block it with a weaker v1 cloack, there's no reason he shouldn't be able to in his strongest form, even if he is hit in an area that isn't visibly coatet in chakra, he could probably cut the burning skin part off and heal it back, he regrew half his lung as a kid after all. Onyx chidori may not be powerful enough to seal naruto on it's own, and it's unclear if he can even still use it since the moon seal disappeared as soon as kaguya was sealed. When it comes to chibaku tensei, again, naruto wouldn't just sit there and let it form around him, he's not dumb either, and even if he did, he could easily break out of it. I also don't think indras arrow would normally drain all of his chakra, I think that came from the explosion stripping it away for both of them, and sure, he was slowly wearing naruto down, but we don't know if he could keep that Form up indefinetly. He didn't know naruto would just pull out an equally powerful form out of his ass to counter him either. You just know he was upset when that happened, even I low key thought that was bs. In conclision: Naruto hard counters sasuke in pretty much every way I can think of, so he got his ass beat.

Why does genjutsu not work on Naruto? Itachi put him in a genjutsu without him even realising and Sasuke has a Sharingan and can still get hit with genjutsu. The tailed beasts also all get genjutsu'd by Sasuke instantly and then discarded using the mini planet power of the Rennagan. The only power Naruto had over Sasuke in this fight was honestly Chakra and Sage mode: even then Naruto was getting slapped around.

I think people take that line out of context because in the Anime there are like 30 mins between the start of the fight to that line. While in the manga the time between the final battle beginning to that line was not that long. Sasuke started the fight with a fireball, then the Chidori, then both became big avatars and Naruto protected himself against a sword slash, and then they punched each other. Meaning in the fight which has been max 30 seconds Naruto has only had time to play defensively, meaning the line could probably be Sasuke taunting Naruto for not being fast enough to attack.
And don't say "Naruto didn't want to kill Sasuke" Because even though he didn't want to kill Sasuke, he would still go all out to Stop Sasuke.

To be fair naruto is no strategic slouch either just ask Sasuke & Zabuza about the time Naruto himself came up with the plan to force the demon of the mist into releasing the water prison jutsu that held kakashi hostage, also ask Pain how much of a strategist the newly made sage was in their fight. He is not as strategically proficient as Sasuke but certainly skilled enough to keep Sasuke from destroying him in a one sided affair. We can also make the assumption that Naruto clearly has Sasuke beat in terms of raw power so much so that the Uchiha absorbed the power of the tailed beasts to make up the difference, that certainly in of itself does away with the belief in Naruto's destruction. Naruto also has the vitality edge via stamina, durability and regeneration(though it has its limits) over Sasuke, the combat proficient prodigy who without question would land considerably more hits on the blonde haired knuckle head who can actually take it. Sasuke's varied arsenal, combat ability & intellect are only meant to make up the difference in the power, vitality & sheer will of Naruto nothing more. Sasuke does not destroy Naruto because "the Uzumaki can do this all day" & my personal bias towards Naruto aside, he does not destroy Sasuke because he's simply not skilled enough to do so.
Naruto is actually equally skilled or more skilled than sasuke by the end of the war arc. Probably before the war arc even started tbh. Sasuke only stood a chance cuz Naruto was holding back as much as spiderman when he fights a regular human thug. If Naruto went all out he would have punched sasuke's head off. He is just that much more powerful. And as u mentioned, naruto isnt unskilled, so lets just pretend that sasuke is more skilled than naruto (stated to be false but its a hypothetical so whatever). sasuke wouldnt be so much more skilled and so much smarter to actually make up the massive difference in power unless naruto was a moron with no skill at all. If naruto is even a little competent in comparison to sasuke (hes a lot more than a little bit) then sasuke gets blitzed, but naruto didnt wanna kill him so he pulled all his punches and tried to restrain and weaken sasuke rather than hurt him. Naruto slams sasuke in a death match with absolutely no difficulty.

Naruto had more pure power than Sasuke had, and he wasn't trying to kill him during the battle. Him using his "IQ" would've proven useless, as even when he used all the tailed beasts, he still couldn't win.
The majority of Sasuke's arsenal is just downright useless against Naruto. As you noted, Naruto pretty much survived the chidori straight to the lungs in their first fight, but you somehow believe an onyx chidori would make any difference when he only showcased it once and it hardly did anything to Madara.

Ok so.
1) Human path - not a good idea since it is very hard to pull soul from Naruto (example- fight with revived Nagato) and naruto now is far more natural with his chakra hands which wont let Sasuke to simply pull out the soul.
2) Onyx Chidori- Naruto can counter it with his own sage powers, which he didnt use, because it would kinda kill Sasuke and I dont think that naruto will receive any fatal damage since he is durable as fuck and Sasuke's Chidori's hit didnt do anything to Naruto. And also- Naruto can heal.
3) Chibaku Tensei- useless against Naruto since he can destory those in seconds, Sasuke would simply use too much power for a move that doesnt even work.
4) Amaterasu- it was pretty clear for the series to understand that amaterasu doesnt burn shit. It is S class jutsy but not SS or S+ class which you actually need to at least harm Naruto.
5) Succ his kyuubi chakra- The succ process is very slow and Naruto has just tons of chakra so in the first half of the battle it was useless in the second part- we have seen what happened when sasuke tried this.
Overall, looking at the whole video it seemed like every Sasuke's move could kill Naruto, but it just cant. Naruto's skin is too hard to break trough again- Chidori, even if it is normal Chidori it is still the same one, that chopped Madara in half didnt even scratched Naruto, just pushed him away, so asuming that Chidori powered by low level Jutsy (for this fight at least) as Amaterasu would drastically change the whole situation is just dumb. I think that it would actually take Chidori + 6 path powers direct hit to do at least some damage to Naruto (and remember, he can heal it). And ofcourse 6 path Naruto has probably all powers that his tail beast chakra form has, so Amateraus is useless anyways (Dude in this same fight Naruto was literally holding Amaterasu spear in his hands, so it can even burn a little). And how would Sasuke's Rinnegan help? Each, he can telleport and stuff but still he doesnt have that much of Jutsys that can hit Naruto and do damage, thats why his strongest ones (Susanno) was used and failed. And fighting Naruto with boosted form was a nice idea, but it still didnt do the job to actually kill Naruto, he was able to even tank direct normal arrows hit so Sasuke needed more powerfull attacks to finish the job ones and for all and it was the best plan he had during this fight, he could not predict Naruto to gather Natural energy like that.
Overall, Overall, we can all agree that Naruto in the beggining and probably throughout the fight was far stronger than Sasuke. Naruto was holding back, while Sasuke tried his best to kill Naruto and still failed, Naruto is just stronger, we could see it even in a fight with Kaguya, where 0 of Sasuke's Jutsy hit or deal damage to her, while Naruto damaged her with his punches (a little) with his 9 tail beast bomb Rasenshuriken and cut her arm with... some powerup like jutsy we have never ever seen him using again. Why dont you actually consider it? If Naruto used this shit- Sasuke is a goner, that's for sure.

Naruto was holding back, had been fighting for longer, constantly sharing his chakra, and even shared his chakra in the fight against jubito which would lessen his fatigue and increase Naruto’s fatigue even more, so I say no, sasuke still should not have won, and Naruto’s durability is insane so I’d say Naruto could tank a lot of his attacks at least once, he also has Kurama do he’d just start healing it back very quickly(obviously not back to a perfect state all in the time frame of a fight while fighting someone of his level.
Oh yeah what I mean by holding back is just that Naruto was fighting to win and at most heavily injure sasuke he didn’t want any irreparable damage done and especially no death whereas sasuke is fighting for the kill and his spot as the next hokage so he can lead to an “ideal” future.

1. You said sasuke could use his moon seal to buff his chidori but sasuke lost the seal once they sealed kaguya, can he still use it without his moon seal?
2. You said as if amaterasu is 100% going to hit when all naruto have to do is use his tso to eat up all of it and is fast enough to do so
3. You also said that sasuke can use his pseudo 10 tails susanoo to kill naruto but all that naruto have to do is send a tso to completely negg the entire susanoo when they were doing the cqc battle
Granted naruto is dumb but he actually know how the tso works and how to use it properly, naruto use them against sasuke'e arrows and that was completely unnecessary cause his rasenshurikens are way stronger then the arrows and are more than enough to block the projectiles

Yeah the human path wasn't gonna do much. Its been shown to only really be effective against weaker opponents. Nagato used it on Naruto when Naruto was restrained. I'll add some other things Sasuke could've done:
1. He could've used rikudo-powered shinra tensei to shield himself from the immediate explosion thus saving his Bijuu-Powered Susano'o. We know he still had some chakra afterwards as he used amaterasu and chidori.
2. He could've transformed Bijuu chakra into Blaze Release instead of Lightning. Enton Indra's Arrow would have elemental advantage against Naruto's Wind style Rasenshuriken (which has advantage against Lightning btw). If Sasuke managed to draw with inferior element, he would've obliterated with the superior one.
3. He could've just used Izanagi during their final clash to secure victory. There's no reason he shouldn't be able to considering he saw it in action and we know Uchihas used to spam it back in the day. However there's a plot reason why he didn't use it and that's Itachi's lecture that trying to change one's fate is bad.
There's just one thing i disagree with. He did use Amenotejikara for the blitz in the manga, he just did it without swapping places with a TSB i.e. he just tp'd behind. We know this because the sound effect in the manga is the one for teleportation. He also used it once with Susano'o just to close distance with Naruto's Avatar (which is pretty dumb lol, but the sheer range shows he could've done what you suggested - displace Naruto into the path of his own attack).
But how would Sasuke just teleport without changing places?
@@DygoKnight That's another way of using Ameno, he also did it the first time when he dodged Madara's lightning attack. Some people theorize that he's merely swapping place with empty air or dust, i'm not sure if that's the case but the effect is the same.
EDIT: He did the same against Kaguya in the Gravity dimension when he tried to blitz her. Body Flicker wouldn't have worked due to gravity so Ameno is the only explanation.

I was under the impression that Sasuke didn’t have faith that those things would work. Sasuke even said that he needed the tailed beast’s chakra after Naruto countered amaterasu. If Sasuke thought he needed the Tailed Beasts against BASE exhausted Naruto why would he think the amaterasu laced chidori was going to work against six paths Naruto? Sasuke legitimately believed that in order to defeat Naruto he would have to completely overpower him and beat him at his own game. The justu he did use were either hacks or to help with positioning. This fight was also more emotional than it was cold and calculated like it was vs Deidara. Besides, there’s zero guarantee that any of the suggestions in the video would’ve actually worked and I figured that’s why Sasuke didn’t use them. Hell, he resorted to Indra’s Arrow because he thought that’s what it would take to finally overpower Naruto just for Naruto to match and cancel it out.
1. he needed the tailed beasts because he had no chakra left, because he used it in a single shot. He didn't need them because only a Indra susanno could beat base Naruto
2. most of the things he said would work. Like the Amaterasu chidori, we know chidori will always burn the target it hits, and we know Naruto doesn't have a cloak in 6PSM, and we know Sasuke would definitely hit Naruto with his amaterasu chidori because he could hit with his normal chidori.
3. the " The justu he did use were either hacks or to help with positioning" is just wrong, in the fight Sasuke used 5 jutsus, He used the fireball jutsu, chidori, indras arrow, Amaterasu, and Preta path. And only Fireball was used to improve his position.
4. Thinking about using the Indras arrow was just stupid, which was Dygos point. Using the arrow as a sword did way more.
First point: - Naruto can fight back and overpower human path's soul reap ability, he has shown that he can get rid of amaterasu with his cloak, can easily break out of chibaku tensei, and if he tried to suck naruto's cloak he would either be turned into a frog (or at least sasuke may be scared of it) or naruto would just not care as his chakra supplies far outclass sasuke. Sasuke is probably just using chidori to test naruto as he knows he can't end this in one blow.
Second Point: - Basically just a rehash from the first part going deeper into amaterasu, even eight tales was able to get rid of it pretty easily with no permanent damage, naruto is a much better jinchuriki by now and sasuke would know this. Sasuke probably waited for chakra cloak to run out so that he can put amaterasu on naruto's actual body but this didn't even work since Naruto still had enough kyuubi chakra to cloak it off.
Third point: - Amenotejikara, Naruto already saw everything it can do so he wouldn't be as confused as madara, by this point in the story Naruto is also shown to be a fighting genius (not as much as sasuke of course) so Sasuke may have been waiting for a good opportunity to use it and either didn't find one or had used up too much chakra to risk it by the point he did find one.
Fourth point: - Sasuke's Indra Arrow, sasuke just absorb all of the tailed beast's chakra, he now thinks he outmatches naruto in power, why would he allow naruto to come up with a strategy, summon thousands of clones and beat him up, or even straight up outlast him in a prolonged fight. This is a point that sasuke surely took into consideration, knowing about naruto's insane regeneration and chakra supply Naruto would definitely outlast him in a prolonged fight. This is the most powerful sasuke will be in the entire fight which is why he decides to end it all with one attack.
Conclusion: - Although Sasuke is shown to be smarter than Naruto throughout the story, by this point his quest of revenge brought him to being incredibly unstable. His descent into madness is only stopped by Naruto, in this fight Sasuke isn't that much smarter than Naruto anymore, he is fueled by emotion and wants to prove to himself and everyone else that he's stronger. Even if at some point he may have found a way to "cheese" a victory that would not have satisfied him. Naruto wasn't necessarily holding back on him, considering even as genin Kakashi taught them to always strike with killing intent, but he was fighting in a less aggressive manner and was only trying to de-escalate the fight and only used his power when necessary (such as the huge rasen shuriken that countered Indra's arrow) which suggests Naruto may have been able to outright overpower and kill sasuke at some points in the fight. Overall it seems like both are missing many opportunities to "win" and start using the fight as a way to read into each other's hearts, a plotpoint that was present as far back as their first fight in the Final Valley.

Also a lot of ppl seem to forget or just not realize this, Naruto was not trying to kill Sasuke in that fight meaning he was not going all out against him. All Naruto was doing in that fight was countering Sasuke's attacks and defending himself against Sasuke. Meaning if it was actually fair and Naruto was bloodlusted I think Naruto would win with mid to little difficulty. Naruto was not fighting to win the only reason he made those 2 powerful rasen shuriken was just to counter Sasuke's Indra's arrow. The only reason he used any jutsu in that battle was to counter Sasuke's attacks. I mean seriously If Naruto was really going all out and was fighting to win, why did he wait so long to activate spsm don't u think Naruto would activate his strongest form against Sasuke as soon as the fight started if he actually wanted to win and was going all out against him.

Also, Indras Arrow is Lightning and Naruto used 2 RasenShuriken which are Wind, and Lightning is weak vs Wind, Indras Arrow was such a dumb move by Sasuke, he quite literally chose to lose the fight. Also Sasuke never used genjutsu, early Shippuden he used genjutsu and supressed Kurama inside Naruto and Obito was using genjutsu on Yagura for years, even Bee got caught in genjutsu multipile times, Sasuke could use it at leat to create an opening, but as shown w feats he was capable of shutting down Kurama inside.
Well you see I don't think genjutsu can work against naruto when he is sage mode i don't know specific but i think he can sense danger you know so he can sense that sasuke is building Chakra for something he can be prepared so you know genjutsu is not that much effective
He wouldn't be able to shut down Kuarama in the last fight because before he just stopped it from fighting the seal but that's not there anymore

You're right for the most part but the show is called Naruto so they weren't going to let Sasuke win anyway, but like you said Sasuke should have at least stabbed Naruto with an Amaterasu chidori and gotten Naruto's internal organs burning from Amaterasu. THAT would have actually killed Naruto.

Though Sasuke could have defeated naruto in that fight but the writer himself said that naruto didn't even wanted to fight or kill Sasuke that's why naruto didn't used his full potential in that fight as in his so6p kcm mode naruto is the fastest shinobi ever. His travelling speed is much higher than of Sasuke's . He didn't use his full powered attack in the s06p kcm with nature energy. He just used some rasengans of different natures. And Sasuke himself said that he is using his storngest attack his Indra's arrow but still that wasn't enough to kill naruto. Naruto was defending himself in that fight more when he had a massive amount of opportunities to attack sasuke like when sasuke was infusing tailed beast chakra in him with his rinnegan. Naruto was just waiting for that to complete instead of attacking him as at that moment sasuke could not have used his other rinnegan abilities.
