Big o'l spotted bass and a big sauger. Them spots fight hard like a smallie. I must of been in some kind of bass tournament at Tanners Creek Saturday. They were pounding the creek mouths and creeks.
I think that there was a tournament up there Saturday. I know the river bite has been pretty good for the last few weeks. I would imagine that the cold days earlier this week will probably slow that down some.
I fish the cannelton pool. Close to the Leavenworth area. It had more smallmouth on the upper part of the pool, where I live. It is tough, but it can be fun!
I fish the river in Evansville and Newburgh for bass all the time. Just like he says it can be tough but when u figure it out it’s a blast. Only thing that would worry me in a kayak would be barges and sometimes there’s some good current through there

At the 4 minute mark it looked like you were fishing near the bridge in Brandenburg. Like the mouth of buck creek. Am I right?
