    Always have to watch your lessons twice. The 1st time leaves me asking millions of questions, the 2nd time will usually answer them all. Thanks for another great lesson and the ability to bring everything down to its simplest form - Very few instructors are gifted with this ability.

    Thank you so much. CAGED has always been somehow mysterious to me and despite trying other times to learn it, it has eluded me. This lesson has really opened my ears to how it sounds as it related to the root notes. Great start for me to understand CAGED even more.

    Being a blues guy, this is a fun non/pentatonic way to get familiar with the major scale.....I feel like once i learn this, i could probably sit down with any type guitarists/singer and get by....As much as i love the blues, beautiful melodies come from, this scale....

    Wish I'd learned this 30 years ago. Just this morning I was figuring out how that I could use the different triads just on strings 1-3 to make either major and minor chords of each possible 12 roots, all confined in a zone of whichever 5 or 6 frets. It boils down to being parallel with what you're teaching here. Brilliant, thanks!

    I watched this video again a week or so ago and I have been practicing this daily since then and it has opened up SO much in my understanding--and ability to play. I felt it was beyond my reach the first time, I guess. Or I got distracted by the next shiny object and forgot. Either way, I finally have it--for real! Thanks so much for this eye opener.

    I'm just seeing this now and man I was figuring it out my self not fun lolol learing but a GREAT way to show not moving and playing in one spot!! Now I see how the caged system works I couldn't pick it up to understand how to use it, but now the REASONING behind learning the caged!!
