Amazing event as always, I look forward to it every time, I just hate the fog mechanics being able to 1 shot with little to no warning - the fog should be a way of corralling people to go to the final area, not a way of KOing them out of nowhere, it takes the skill out of it and makes it very luck based (if you get unlucky). Max it should hit is 10-15s standing still and 6-7s if you’re on the move

I’d love to see the fog changed so that it hits like 1, 3, 5, 5, 5, 10, 10, 25, and then stays at 25 for maybe 5-10 hits before it one shots for max. That way people have more time to move but it’s still punishing and will ultimately kill if you stay in for too long. Not sure if that’s something in your control or not though.
So true. Literally every other br game in the world has figured out that it should kill you slowly and slowly ramp up. Not 100% hp you after 8 ticks. Losing food is already bad enough in a game like runescape, super quick fog death so unnecessary.
I hope to see more of this! Could you change the fog mechanic, though? The instant 99 is too unforgivable and takes away so much of the games. I like the prizes for early kills, but perhaps there should be a more consistent reward for any kill. I was thinking about a random item drop, but that might be too much RNG. Maybe restore health and prayer when getting a kill.

Not luck based. It's on a set timer, they know the final area but they chose to stay in a bank and hide. That's all skill, and the skill is minimal.
You could out eat 6-7 damage each tick easily
