- So many have sent me messages asking to see the progress of the pineapple top I planted in December 2011 and here it is...
Be sure to allow your fresh pineapple crown to dry out for 3 -5 days BEFORE you place it water to begin growing the roots out. Be sure to remove all of the decayed pineapple flesh. Хобби
I preferred the music from the first part :D
bitch it's my channel, my rules, my prerogative.
It grows in the tropical areas so as much as the sun can give it. :)
STUCK
I can’t wait to see the result of your pineapple. I have a good size pineapple growing, on the side of my plant is a pineapple. I don’t know what to do with it. It is in a glass jar. I am sure it needs room to grow, so, should I cut the side off and replant?
Mines at that same stage in the NorEast. Only started with compost I make, calcium sand- cuz they are tropical, and some perlite. Did yours produce for you yet? Tryna get mine flowering like Dole but GMO free.
look at your baby
did you peel the bottom of the cutting til you showed some trunk? and in most cases you will need to allow it to dry up a bit before sitting it in water again to root. I had to experiment with mine,
PLEASE help me---I did all of the right things---the top turned brown and crucnchy -like DEAD -and no matter how often I freshen the water it clouds up and gets rank...threw that pineapple out and started another...any hints??? much appreciated!
Hahahaha nice vid part 1 was too
How much light does it need?
DID IT GROW A PINEAPPLE?
any updates on the pineapple growth ??
Yeah man what's up with the pineapple now dude
Here in Australia they are now topping the pineapples and only a few small leaves are left do you think it would still work?
Sure, its like any plant that grows in the ground like a potato, it will start growing roots plant it and less leafs means more energy for the fruit and not waisted on foliage.
MJ G oh and it will start growing new leaves too, even a cutting of cannabis has a few leaves and it matures ok. Once its established a strong root system, it will be ok.
+Jan Bettenet Possibly. If the leaves are not used for photosynthesis efficiently they actually cause a load on the plant and that's why toping is seen as allowing the plant to put more energy into it's fruit.
Hey juicy what's the name of this song
+brandon daniel Violinist Miri Ben-Ari - symphony of brotherhood, the song is a beautiful song and so is the video!
so how do you grow it???
the video is about how to grow you did not show or explain to us ,i already know how though
bitches be stupid.
that was disappointing to say the least...I expected more... Hope if you make a third flick you have a fruit growing and stop milking your viewers.
pineapples are slow growing. It takes 3 -5 years for fruit to appear.
It all depends where you start with the pineapple, for sure it is slow. Two years in between harvest.
I have two outside and I don't pay them any attention, they do as they like, I get what I get when I get it. Good luck Mary
