Just because a product contains sulfates doesn't mean it's bad all together. There are a lot of diffrent sulfates, and the effect of them varies (there can be a lot of sulfates or not). Plus, newer products ussually contain moisturising ingridiends that minimize the stripping of the sulfates.
Like you said, it’s not bad in certain quantities and depending of which ones however it is true that the effects accumulate when not only you use body wash but shampoo, creams, face cleansers and many other self care products that add onto it.

Method will be easier on sensitive skin. The Dr Sqauch will be harsher on some skin. Detergents are PH balanced so they don't lean to alkaline. Which bothers some skins. Soap will bother sensitive people's skin if too sensitive skin. It's because the lye in the soap makes it very alkaline.

Tbh why use body wash? I just use a bar of soap and have no issues. I scrub so I'm definitely squeaky clean. Obviously I don't smell like body wash, but I'll just use cologne if I want to smell nice.

Using to much sulfate will make u have irritation on ur hair and body if u use things that have sulfate like body wash and hair products
