Dr Squish, I'm not sure if you know this already but you can always wash your sticky fidget toys in dish soap and let them air dry, gets them clean and keeps them sticky! My favorite soap to use is Gain,it smells really nice!

Just an FYI, since covid began and before it, Dope slimes refuses to wear gloves and made Avery bold statement that they never will.
