Unfortunately RUclips automatically blocks any upload of this scene so there is a link in the description where you can do what you want with the actual video
Why...not? Some people can't get or are too lazy to find an episode download and need specific scenes for edits, personal use, etc, while others just want to relive watching/listening to it. Plenty of reason to upload clips.
I appreciate this upload, it's the only clip I want to revisit regularly and I was disappointed when the other uploads got taken down
