The Union Within yeah, I recognized a girl who’s in a youth so im pretty sure it’s a mixture of a youth maybe a double and like the class that’s learning with either team
She really evolved because she used to do big movements to try and make up for her being short (If you have been a fan since early IG you would know) Now she owns it and dances more naturally without much effort. *I JUST LOVE HER* *ALSO ZB PLEASE PROMOTE HER MORE IN KOREA, SHES A KOREAN ARTIST! Suave Sweet Trust me when I say they promote her as much as they can in Korea- but there’s still a limit to how much she can do as a rookie. She’s also still improving her Korean, which would make guest appearances on non-English shows difficult. Regardless of that, she’s done a fair amount of interviews and photoshoots but artists who are from smaller companies don’t get as many TV opportunities as those who debut under the big 3 and other big companies. ZB has a great reputation though since they’re the ZANYBROS, who have made music videos for so many famous artists. So hopefully, as AleXa gets bigger, the opportunities given to her in Korea will increase too. It will take time, but they are all working hard. I trust them ♥️
but Alexa needs to have certain level in speaking Korean to accomplish what you’ve said, most of programs in Korea will not give an translator for English-Korean to a non-native with lesser to 0 speaking skill in Korean, yes there are some non-native Korean invited to casts in major shows from channels KBS SBS MBC + jtbc (Fabian, Sayuri, Fujii Mina, Sam Hammington, etc) but they studied and work hard to improve their fluency, for Alexa herself the chance are big especially since her company is ZB but the language barrier is quite a gap. Let’s wait around 1-2 years more and pretty sure she’ll be promoted more in Korea at least in more decent speaking in Korean that’s acceptable to be aired on TV

For Bomb, she went on a total of 2 music stages and 1 radio show with a girl group. (It may have been Dreamcatcher but I may be wrong.) What people don't seem to understand is that it's hard for even middle tier groups to go on variety shows. Those type of shows usually invite people to go on. Anyway, I think her company wouldn't have debuted her if she wasn't good enough in Korean. If she was able to go on 2 music stages and 1 radio station with a girl group, I think she definitely can have a full length promotion of her songs on music stages like other groups do. Therefore, I disagree when you say that they promote her as much as they do. There are rookie groups with less mv budgets than her (including backup dancers, ads, etc) that have already gone on music stages one day after they debuted. I don't really see the excuse. I get that ZB Label is new so they may not have gotten the system well when she debuted, but I'd expect them to get it now that *this* is her comeback. She needs to promote the song and dance regardless. There's so many things she could have done. Like, performed the choreo on Studio Choom, gone on arirang radio's Sound K, the afterschool club, etc. For this comeback, I have yet to see such promotions but we'll have to see when it becomes one week since the release of the song.

I've been dancing 15 years now and alexa has completely smashed my list for favorite kpop dancers. She's got power that so many female kpop dancers lack, and always extends fully through each movement. definitely one of the best dancers of the 4th (?) gen (is it 4th gen already?) comparatively, Alexa and other kpop female dancers are very different. alexa has far more power than most female dancers (she gets lower, uses her body fully). but other top female pop dancers have excellent and unique texture (I really have no idea how chungha works her arms bc they are captivating), but lack in power comparatively. but that just means Alexa brings smth fresh to the table, which is honestly nice because I haven't seen very many female kpop dancers executing powerful choreography
okay but can we talk about how satisfying the backup dancers syncrinization is and how well they keep up with this? everyonehere is so talented. i feel like the backup dancers dont get enough appreciation as they deserve
She moves so flawlessly I'm totally impressed :0 Kinda sad that she didn't have enough time to show all her potential during produce48 but now she's getting what she deserves and I'm also glad that she's being more and more appreciated !
Idc but she should be appreciated in the level of Momo, Seulgi, Lisa or een Chaeyeon. I cannot picture anyone covering this dance as perfectly as hers. That swag, confidence, stable moves and expressions are just on whole another level. Love you Alexa.
