      Jesus Christ saves! He’s the only way to heaven!
      This life is temporary. When we die there’s heaven and hell. Sin leads to hell. But Jesus made a way out and it’s through Him! Jesus is the only way to eternal life in heaven! We have to repent and obey Him!

    Unfortunately, you miss a critical muscle group, which is all the abdominal muscles... abs is key ... yes leg muscles and clean and jerk will get you out the blocks fast and give you a good 40 yard dash speed for the NFL ... but for Jamaicans maintain your top tend pasture, and high knee lifts 70 meters into your race, it's your abs muscles (your core) that will allow for that conservation of all momentum that you initially generated with your drive phase, ask elaine and usain about maintaining top end speed and strength and speed endurance ... look at their abs or their training and see the amount of ab work they incorporate... I spill a out a Jamaican secrets here again

      Whats the most optimal way to train core?

    • @carsonmalleet4367
      @carsonmalleet4367 Год назад +26

      @@hajarmalak8264 the biggest mistake athletes make is to try and train the core statically, doing things like planks and crunches. You actually want to train it for mobility and explosiveness just like the other muscle groups. Things like mountain climbers, burpees, power cleans, KB swings, and even just sprinting and swimming are great for developing core.

    • @Messup7654
      @Messup7654 8 месяцев назад +11

      @@carsonmalleet4367you got some things mixed up their are multiple ways to train your core because of the multiple things it does it stabilizes it rotates it helps to flex and extend. you can’t truly Train it for explosiveness you can do fast movements that target it like Olympic lifts and sprinting but planks and anti rotational movements and flexion all have their place

    for me, it is not a matter of would be better between the applied vertical or horizontal training, for example the sled training has also some controindication. 1 the overload is not progressive, and i t is known that to icrease the piwer the overload must be progressive, in other terms this drill is limited. 2 also, with after some amount of overload the athlete cannot even perform the exercise, so there is another limit 3. the athlete with sled training looses also a relevant part of the increment of weight force produced by the previous step,he can runs with some speed but this speed is as blocked,there is no even any pliomeytric fase, since the eccentric fase is pratically about zero since the athlete is constantly engaged to push the chain . It is clear that if this exercise to be performed at the best ,obliges the athlete to pull in any moment always the chain then the eccentric fase is about to be reduced at zero since the athlete searches only the contraction of muscles.It is ok as useful to pull and increase the speed of contraction of quadriceps, who can negate it ,but the point remains that the sprint invpolves the controreaction mechanism, such thing is not performed thru the sled training , such method for me rudimental as obsolete and even limited. An ideal exercise would be composed by something that alllows the athlete to produce more weight force possible,,that is at the base of acceleration,and ,important, the way to transfer all (not a part) of this weight force to other leg. so if you perform this sled training ,even if there is maximal contraction of such muscles, there is a subtraining of the transfer of this weight force. NOTE. if would be a matter of overload, then a culturist could be more speed of any sprinter since he could lift a weight so high that any sprinter could only stop. So it is clear that this exercise is performed and produce some results only because ,in some way help to improve the stregth and by other side only the sprinters that havealready elevaed musscular capacity. but not all people have such capacity. for most of sprinter this exercise could improve only in way limited,a part the fact that does not teach the technic, nor reproduce even any fraction of the motion(unless someone would try to compell that this struggling as slow sled running is a real emulation of the sprint)
