O, who gives zero Fs about all that stuff.

I can confidently claim that after I hit my threshold of growth, I only saw any progress through pushing my limits via heavier weights and hence shittier technique. If I train how all these experts advise, I just get stuck jerking the same weights for months with no progress.

@@againstthestones running. Swimming. Playing basketball, soccer, mma. Climbing. Those are all solid options. The gym should be used as a place to get your body physical enough to perform life’s functions easier not hinder your mobility and functionality.
