Proven wrong on both but he just knew she was and tragically she's dead, he's in prison and the kids lost 2 parents that day.

Um.... this guy is ***ABUSIVE.*** A flag went off at the start of the episode, the moment he said she scares him. Not that men cannot genuinely fear their female domestic partners, but something about it sounded disingenuous. And I was right. How afraid can he be if he's monitoring her friends, going through her phone, isolating her from friends and family, tracking her every location, _calling up her JOB_ and, as she said, "ruling every aspect of her life," constantly invading her personal space and giving her no sanctity for her personal thoughts and feelings...? Like... wow. That was clearly an attempt to disparage her character and make himself seem like a victim to be emphasized with. He showed himself to be abusive, controlling, manipulative, unfeeling/uncaring, remorseless, self-righteous and selfish. His wife, the woman he chose for the rest of his life and mother of his children, was all but sobbing, and be didn't bat an eye. Even if you think they're wrong, when someone you love cries like that, there's no way you don't feel _something_. He felt *nothing*. He feels justified in everything he does and believes he has the right to everything she has. He put his wife's *bed* and her personal belongings outside of the home he shares with her and his children, on the street for the entire world to see. And he did it over$150. That's *DEEP*. Interesting he has such entitlement over her possessions, when she sys SHE'S the one that's been providing financially, for some time now. He wanted to make the point to "SHOW" her he can take everything from her, in a flash with no problem. He is controlling, abusive, and I believe he's dangerous. Something about his entire demeanor and how he showed no emotion or empathy for someone he's supposed to love is extremely unsettling. That woman needs to take her children and RUN. They are destroying themselves, each other and their children with this mess.
