Question, shouldn't you add semaphores/locks in Cache service? What if we're caching big data, and we get a Get request while another request is in the middle of saving new data in the cache?

Question: what is the benefit of implementing custom service for memory cache when we can achieve the same result using inbuilt IMemoryCache class

You can easily change the implementation by registering different caching service like distributed one, in order to abstract away those details from consumer services

Avoid Caching Null Values:
You're caching the result even if Drivers is null
This might result in caching a missing entry for the wrong reason.
