I always used to do this in LEGO Marvel superheroes because I would try to recreate the scene in fantastic 4 (2004) where Human Torch jumps off a building and then flames on and flys up.
I remember first getting LEGO marvel superheroes, I begged for it forever and finally got it on Christmas, turns out they got me the Wii U version instead of xbox Ahh the good old days
I timed each jump as best I could, and interestingly, most of them landed at around the 4 second mark, give or take 0.5 of a second. Lego Marvel Superheros 1 was about 25s, Lego Worlds was about 23s, Jurassic Park was 27s, and Marvel Superheros 2 was a whopping 40s of freefall
You can, find the suite under the tower, and then you have the choice: climb up Wayne tower on the left side on backside of the building, or, use a batman computer distance device to travel fast to the top.

Me and my brother would pretty much exclusively play LEGO Batman 2 and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, and I remember I would always race him to see who could get from the Batcave to the top of Wayne Tower first

The Marvel games were falling straight out of the sky (with one having a coun collecting sequence) so that wouldn't quite be the fairest of comparison. And Sonic is also sort of like that.

one thing i loved to do in Lego Batman 2 was get in the sonar suit then go on top of Wayne tower then jump off and glide forward until i touched the ground
