This plane instantly transforms both families of the B737, and A320's into dinosaurs.
As a Canadian, I sure am happy this plane is from my country. It sure is the new ruler in its class! Great trip report.

I’m also a Canadian who is proud of currently called A220 (CS300). It has a higher larger window, wider middle seat of the tri-seat, huge overhead compartment for its aircraft size , most fuel efficient among its class etc,,,,,,,,. Bit sad that the company was acquired by Airbus but Korean Air bought 10 of them earlier who is a clever operator. Baltic Air has all A220 fleet!
Love Bombardier C series! It is simply the best looking small passenger jet for sure. Korean air will be able to utilize this amazing aircraft not only for domestic routes but also many potential international routes from secondary city of Korea to Japan, China, Russia, Mongolia, Taiwan, Philippines, Guam, Taipei, even as as far as Vietnam due to its excellent range and efficieny. Seoul looks awesome at night! I have flown through Seoul many times but never seen it so clearly at night usually due to less than ideal weather conditions.

Excellent choice Korean Air. The CS300 is the most beautiful airliner, especially the avionics, all designed by pilots for pilots. This is the first airliner that pilots actually designed most of the cockpit instead of non pilot engineers. Bombardier always made great planes I have no problem with flying on anything designed and built by our friendly Canadians.

This is fantastic aircraft, our nacional airline AirBaltic has introduced it year ago, and I had several times chance to fly with it. Sate of art, just perfect. And, yes, you right, the sound of massive engines is really fantastic.

The overhead luggage bins can each hold 3 full size 26 inch IATA bags, head first. Notice how low the bins are, at least 6 inches lower than any other mid size or jumbo plane flying today. Being able to carry all your bags onboard, means no waiting for them, no lost luggage and no damage getting thrown around by baggage crews. This will save at least 30 minutes on each leg of a flight, which is why Delta Airlines has ordered 75 of both long and short versions of the C-Series jets. The first U.S. route for the CS100 will be New York to Los Angeles for Delta and also NY to Dallas. Expect it to start in April or May.

Fantastic video. Great quality and a very thorough review! Unfortunately KE got the CS 300 after I returned from my most recent trip to Korea but I was able to try the KE B747-400 and B77-300 non-ER domestically which was a great experience. Will have to come back to try the CS 300!

It fits well in domestic route with low passenger load like Seoul-Yeosu, Jinju, Ulsan and Pohang.

Actually not a regional jet, built for medium to longer haul, the first deliveries were direct flights from Montreal to Riga Latvia , non stop
@@JohnAnderson-sq8lt The 737 does Boeing Field to Dublin non-stop on delivery to Ryanair, does that by your definition make the 737 a medium to long haul airliner?

I always loved flying at night. It’s much more calming and relaxing because everybody else is sleeping on the plane or in the airport

The CS300 has Boeing worried that it's B737 line will be impacted. The CS300 looks like a baby B737. The interior looks nice. Hopefully I will be take this flight in the near future. No airlines in Thailand have purchase the CS300. I can see this plane replacing many of aging DASH-8 that are still flying. Good video. Just show more of the KAL flight attendants because they are simply fantastic. I can say the Singapore Girl has some serious competition from KAL Girls.

Amazing airplane, and the window in the toilet is cool. I think it’s a shame that Korean didn’t opt for the small video displays for moving maps and safety videos like what Swiss and Air Baltic have chosen on their aircraft.

USN의경우 321이나 739로는 착륙거리때문에 늘 좌석제한을 해왔는데 CS300은 만석으로 채워도 문제없겠네요ㅎ 항상 잘 보고있습니다 응원할께요

Very nice plane and seats are very good too with 2-3 configuration. As a couple or solo traveller, I will be gunning the pair seat.

보잉과 에어버스외에 항공기로는 제주항공Q400이후 처음이네요. 색달라 ㅇㅇ 다만 작은기체라 좁아보입니다. 내리실때 불편할듯 고속버스랑 비슷한듯

Also, I remember visiting Ulsan during New Year's. It was so very cold.

개인적인 느낌으로는 상당히 마음에 들었던 기억이 납니다.
来年から福岡〜釜山にこの機材が使用されます。今まで船でしか釜山行ったことないから次は飛行機に乗って行きたいです。
