What is the white ground recipe?

I mixed ferric chloride from powder,,, So its redish rust color,,, but why did it turn greenish after developing in only 2 small plates? Please help

I think it's supposed to be green. It reacts with the copper - actually gets a little stronger once you use it once or twice I think
