Not a fan of widdly widdly guitar but you do play it rather well👍and, as always, your MG-30 sounds are impeccable. Thanks again DRG for another enjoyable video.
Hi, all the MG30 settings are in the video. You can get the Mes 212 V30 Mix 01 IR from York Audio's website. Thanks for your comment bro! *I have MG30 Soldano using its native IR in this video: ruclips.net/video/O-7qZ-koHS8/видео.html
Samples are super helpful, but you gotta hear them and play them side by side. Even a real gig and a video of the same gig sound very similar after all.
Actually, just like in the real world where speakers might be the most determining factor in an amp's tone, simulators are also experiencing this phenomenon due to today’s technological level. So if we use the same IR on both, they will sound very similar.
Hello my friend, we can't share this IR. We can only buy the license for personal use. You can buy it on York Audio's website. Look for the MES 212 V30 pack. These are wonderful IRs for clean, crunch or high gain tones. I recommend it. The settings used on the MG-30 V5 and IR-2 are in the video. But about the IR, you will need to buy it from the manufacturer's website. Thanks for your comment bro. *I have this same Soldano preset using the native MG-30 cabinet and it sounded great too, check it out, all settings are in the video: ruclips.net/video/O-7qZ-koHS8/видео.html
Thanks, man. This IR from York Audio is excellent for both clean preamps and high gain. It's worth buying from the York Audio website; by the way, the entire MES 212 V30 pack is wonderful. The one I used is the Mix 01, which is the typical IR that, if we want, we can install only it on a multi-effects unit or an IR loader pedal, and all the preamps will sound great. I recommend it to everyone.
Great! I ve had to deal with some issues while recording the Nux MG30. I don't know if you can help me here: I have an interface recorder Zoom R-16 which I use for my daw and keyboard and drums vst plugins. the Nux for my guitar. Both connected vía USB. I can notice different valor's for each unit. (This inside the daw - studio one 6) For the Zoom I set between 256 and 128, and and I've tried the same with the Nux. With poor results. Latency is not good. But let's say i can deal with that. The main issue with the Nux is while doing loops recordings. Example: I'm recording over a fill and I set a loop between bars 22-30 I start and making takes without stopping. Around the 20th loop, the Nux starts to make crackling sound and glitching. At first I thought it was the Zoom. But I've tried the same with only plugins and that is not happening. So the Nux via USB is the problem. I know I can connect the Nux direct to my zoom via 1/4 cable. But I wanted to do raw recordings using the inside setting of the Nux, So I can record, and after that modify the FX, or even add another plugin to my clean take. Sorry if this is too much, but I can't find a solution. The Nux has been updated to the latest, firmware, also the QuickTime. Thanks again , and please excuse my English is not good. I'm from Colombia south America. Cheers
You can't run multiple interface drivers simultaneously. You must run one I to the other OR use an Agregate setup in Mac or a similar option (ASIO4ALL or VB Audio Matrix on Windos). Also, make sure your master clock source settings are correct.
@@DirectRecordingGuitar gracias. Voy a intentarlo.

Fala Breno anotado cara. Welcome to the Jungle Intro (delay), riffs, preset pra solos, clean tones baseados nele.
Congrats, bro! 👊🔥🎸 This is the ideal world-a dream for many people around the world, given the difficulties posed by import rules in each country that increase the prices by 5 to 10 times $$$. In the end, for these people (myself included, haha), it's better to use a good simulator than a bad real amp. Thanks for your comment bro! :)
@@DirectRecordingGuitar im defintely on board with modelers as the tube amp market is insane.. just saying i got my marshall heads decades ago at way cheaper prices than they are now. Modelers are expensive too, but carry tons of head amp sounds in them, which is cost effective and smart. Me just loving the Akira Takasaki tone and not much else, it was cheaper to get those amp heads( back then), and now dont need to rely on modelers.
There’s room for all kinds of equipment in the market, and the moment we’re in is excellent because the ease of trade between countries (excluding import taxes and surcharges, of course) and technological advancements allow many guitarists to achieve acceptable tones even in the most remote parts of the world. By 'acceptable tones,' I mean that today we listen to music on albums by major artists, in movies, on the radio, through music streaming, or anywhere else, and we can’t always tell if the guitar is using a modeler or a real amp. I think that’s really great! :)
incredible playing. MG30 sounds better to my ears but the IR-2 is dialled in really well.
