Set the intention that you are not to be messed with by negative entities/energies, and that the Holy Spirit has sent guardian angels to supervise and protect you on your journey. Say in your head or out loud what you intend to accomplish with your meditation, in detail, so that there are no loopholes for the negative to slip through. I am one of those people. I can hear what you are saying about me, or connected with me in your house even if you are in millions of distance away. It doesn't happen always though but if i tune my energy i will hear everything even your thoughts.

I have just recently come to the awareness of the third eye and the peniel gland. Which I believe is the same thing. I am a born again Christian child of God. So these type of things have never been taught to us in church. Yet I am now learning of its existance through the scriptures of the bible. Yet in Christianity we have shyed away from it due to fear of seen these things as evil. So he has fooled many of us into these practises which may be found in scripture. But he has twisted them around causing these things to become evil. However through the understanding of the scripture and as you say to not just jump into this things but to study it and make sure of what it is all about. I have just recently come to the awareness of the third eye and the peniel gland. Which I believe is the same thing. I am a born again Christian child of God. So these type of things have never been taught to us in church. Yet I am now learning of its existance through the scriptures of the bible. I feel that in the world somehow they have taken note of these things before us Christians however just as meditation is practised in so many other religions. Yet in Christianity we have shyed away from it due to fear of seen these things as evil. So I have come to the understanding that while the devil has fooled man into twisting the scriptures just as hedid to Adam and Eve causing the fall of man into sin. So he has fooled many of us into these practises which may be found in scripture. But he has twisted them around causing these things to become evil. However through the understanding of the scripture and as you say to not just jump into this things but to study it and make sure of what it is all about. Or else you are susceptible to take the root of evil practises. For example meditation is mentioned much in the bible. But in the world meditation is an emptying of yourself and your mind. Which makes you open to evil spirits. However biblical meditation is focusing on the word of God and your connection to Him.I think its te same with this 3rd eye or peniel gland. Is the means for us to connect to God in our spirits. In the world it opens yourself to th vulnerability of evil and be led by evil spirits.

We hear much repetition; patience, caution, balance, and humility are advised. Good as far as those rather vague words can take us, but that's not very far. All that is said here could have been said in 1/4 to 1/3 the time this takes to hear, and in less grandiloquent language and without the posh accent of the [synthesized?] voice. A very long and drawn out story of old knowledge not entirely accurate. Some people's 3rd eye opens early as a child and continues to open and close near automatically. Conditions apply. Its not a scary thing at all if you understand what your opening to/accessing. If a person's trying to open their third eye, they will likely fail. It is a natural process that comes with an evolutionary energetic understanding of reality with a trust and submission to a larger reality most deny they're part of...
