Hey sis Sinikiwe❤👑You really inspire me🥺👑 and u always give positive vibes😻.Um still in high school but I know your tips(teachings )♥️will keep me going until I become successful 💯💯
12:03(first time subbie and viewer) Thank you showcasing the vulnerable side of this, I'm an third year accounting student who started her diploma in 2017, got distinctions even, lol hahaha then second year the walls of Jericho came tumbling down, 2019 had to repeat my second year (even went through a period of depression and was on depression medication etc), fast forward its 2020 I'm doing my third year however with a second year module in the second semester. The journey of becoming a CA whilst barely being able to skate through this diploma, sometimes feels farfetched😭😭😭😭. There's days where I just want to quit and let go of everything but seeing phenomenal women such as yourself, reminds me gore it really is possible!!! ❤️❤️❤️
thank you for this, i'm currently doing cta/pgda despite it being difficult and stressful at times, you've really motivated me and reminded me that speaking out loud about the "what if" or the unknown just puts it in the universe and manifests it, i just need to think postively and put in the effort
Bursaries, university & repeating modules. We all have so many stories to tell! It’s a whole mental game throughout. I’m so glad I went through it all...I’m fully groomed for this life thing. So proud you pressed on, look at you now! 🙌🏾
I'm 16 years old and I'm an aspiring Charted Accountant. Your journey is so inspiring. I'm inspired to keep pushing till I finish the the course . Thank you for showing me it's possible ❤❤
The part when you spoke aboyt breaking generational curses and wanting to be able to provide for ypur child in future, the change in your voice there i felt it.. I am a final year student and i have to repeat 2 modules this year... I currently have an outstanding balance and i cant register due to that. But I am praying and doing everything i can to dust myself off and make sure i finish. Thank you for the encouragement 💕💕💕New subbie

Insightful video👌I'm doing my 3rd at UNISA repeating 2 modules I was able to pass last year. How much does a trainee doing articles in an investment firm earn?
You come across as very honest, unfiltered. This year I would be doing be 3rd year at the University of Namibia. So grateful to have came across this. May God 👑🔥 bless you and keep you

I failed my Honours (my first ever fail) and I didn't have the courage to go back. I instead later did an honours in Management Accounting. Maybe I will go back.
Great video. You've just reminded me to speak only good and positive of the outcomes I desire because what comes out of my mouth will manifest 👌🏽 enjoyed this video...yours is a story of resilience and courage. Truly inspiring
Your video really gave me so much perspective cause when we see other CA youtubers you always hear how they racked distinctions from undergrad up until SAICA's competency exam, you really motivated me and i will carry your words through my SAIPA journey.
I can totally relate to all your experiences.CTA is very challenging and it is a mental journey. You have to be positive and have hope that things will go well because fear is what sets us for failure.Thank you for opening up about your Journey 😍
Beautiful background ❤️ Beautiful eyes ❤️ Beautiful hair ❤️ She even has brains and listed somewhere as a CA Thanks for the reminder about power of a spoken word sis 🤗
Last year, I had the same negative mentality and gave up even before my final exams. As anticipated, I failed my second-year. Looking back I let myself down. I'm now on the edge to make it in third year. I took me really long to get out of my head.
I have the degree and want to do my honours but the fear and the self-doubt gets to me like crazy. I love what you said about having the right state of mind and you including God in your journey. You are so real and thank you for sharing your journey with us🌸❤️
I'm in my 3rd year and ndiyagowa...theres no rest at all, when I sleep i feel guilty nje but surely I'll come out victorius in the end. Thank you for the motivation

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing this ❤️ really appreciate the honesty and motivation to push for what you want. May God continue to bless you and your family🙌🏽❤️
Hey I'm also studying accounting at UJ doing my third year. My story is similar to yours cause I had no clue about the CA journey until I got to varsity. I'm keeping a few mental notes from this video. Thanks for sharing❤️

It's one of the few careers that can really take you far but depending on how much you push yourself as well. Do your research and try to limit the fear. All the best with the decision making.
WOW we did the same subjects in high school, iam now at wits and the journey hasnt been that easy and YOH with regards to the finance part its been haunting me on another level dankie sisi really inspiring

If you lose in your mind then it will happen in the physical. Fight until the very end. It’s not easy but try say positive affirmations daily, that can propel you forward. All the best.
I am the final year of high school and I was wondering if being a chartered accountant is secure... like will I always have a job or is it going to become scarce since financial matters are becoming more technologised
I think it’s up to the individual to keep themself valuable in the job market. But also the skills you acquire allow you to also go into entrepreneurship if you want. Technology is evolving so you do need to also know your value and what you bring to the table.
i am not south African , am studying Acca in Zambia and i could relate to your experience so much ,even the subjects you liked more . the last semester of my second last level in Acca really beat me down and i think it was mostly because of the mindset i had adopted during that time . coming from a family where everyone wanted me to be a doctor because i was the smartest ,when things in Acca where not going right i always thought i made the wrong choice.im in my last level now and my goal is to finish without any more fails . love this video.
Thanks for sharing your inspirational story. I am trying to be hopeful but deep down I have given up. I can't fund my studies since I'm the only one working at home. Thank you so much, there is still hope for me.
Hi Sinikiwe. I'm so glad I found your channel. You're such an inspiration. I have someone close to me that is walking a similar path as the one you walk. He started doing his articles this year. And I wish him all the best because he loves what he does and is passionate about it. Last but not least I wish I can have you one day at my school to motivate my learners. Thanks for sharing your story. Love 🤗❤️
This has touched my soul. I am going to either UP and UJ next year to do a CA(SA) degree . That is going to be financed with my moms bonus money should she get one this year. I can’t afford textbooks 🤕😭. So nomakanjani I HAVE to get a bursary next year. Thanks sisi for sharing your story.
Hiii I love your channel 😍😍😍 but I have a question,,, I'm currently a matric student and I seem to have gained an interest for accounting but I don't have accounting as a subject in high school, do you think I'll be able to make it😩😩😩 or I should just focus on business studies

CONGRATULATIONS on passing!! God is good. I'm super proud of you sis. I'm doing my matric this year 2021, please pray for me. I too want to be a Charted Accountant ( I guess it's kind of obvious otherwise I wouldn't be watching your video )😂😂😁
hey Sinikiwe, thank you so much for the video!! quick question, when you said you were doing "fairly well" in high school were you implying 70s on average or above? I just want to know if I'm on the right track or if I'm setting myself up for failure.
Hi Sinikiwe. Thank you for sharing this video. It's amazing. I am about to do my CTA this year and I an going to pass it. Now I want to apply and get into the banking space. Can you assist me in that by maybe giving me tips of how my CV could look like and how the banking space is. Also how can I find you besidea RUclips?
I'm going through what you went thruogh right now i really want continue with my studies but nsfas doesn't fund us for the 4th year........ Thank you for the vid i needed to hear that
Please enquire with Wits to be sure because different universities name the degrees differently. And there might be a CA stream and a non CA stream of the same degree. Confirm with the university.
Hey! Glad you liked the video.🌸 CA(SA) is more local whereas ACCA is international (UK based). But you can work overseas with both qualifications. CA(SA) is more in demand though, most job adverts want CA(SA). And a lot of people who struggled to pass CA(SA) then change to ACCA making CA(SA) seem more prestigious. BUT I am a CA(SA) so I could be bias so continue doing your research online. Read and make google your friend. All the best with the decision.
Good day Ma’am. I’m From Namibia I have an honours Degree in Accounting from the University of Namibia, I’m planning to apply for my bridging course and for my postgraduate diploma next year at South Africa , what course should I apply to do my bridging?
I'm doing my third year in a non saica accredited university of Technology so I want to change and study at Unisa then do advance diploma in Accounting Sciences, so I'm asking that will I be able to get funding?
Big 4 audit firms or banks? If Banks then yes, some banks want stellar results and it might be difficult to get it. If Audit firms then not really. They just want someone who will pass usually. Audit firms can even sign people before they graduate from their undergraduate degree. (Sign for them to work after passing honours though).
What advice do you have for a high school student who is not doing Accounting but would like to do accounting at University, do you think it will be challenging for them?
The first 6 months might be challenging but it’s doable. My husband didn’t do Acc at school but is a CA now. Even universities don’t have Acc as a prerequisite.
you are such a huge inspiration! i am currently a 1st year financial accounting student at nwu, and you have really motivated me ❤️ i am curious to know, if you know if a financial accounting student can qualify to be a CA by doing their honours in financial accounting? because i read that by doing that, it is basically equivalent to doing 3 years CA. just wanted to know if you have any knowledge about this? 🥰
Thank you and goodluck with your studies. I have no knowledge about that. Just always check any course if it’s accredited by SAICA on the SAICA website.
Hey sis Sinikiwe❤👑You really inspire me🥺👑 and u always give positive vibes😻.Um still in high school but I know your tips(teachings )♥️will keep me going until I become successful 💯💯

Fight the giant and come out top. There’s no need to delay your success by another year just because you have some self doubt. All the very best.
CONGRATULATIONS on passing!! God is good. I'm super proud of you sis. I'm doing my matric this year 2021, please pray for me. I too want to be a Charted Accountant ( I guess it's kind of obvious otherwise I wouldn't be watching your video )😂😂😁
Hahah all the best Sis. Put in the effort now and All will go well.
Thank you
hey Sinikiwe, thank you so much for the video!! quick question, when you said you were doing "fairly well" in high school were you implying 70s on average or above? I just want to know if I'm on the right track or if I'm setting myself up for failure.
If you're doing your best them you're on the right track. It's your own journey and you'll be fine.
Hi, im a new subbie trying to follow the CA route, I'm so grateful that I stumbled across this video. Does the bursary you used fund UNISA students?
No, they fund selected accredited full time universities. Check the Thuthuka bursary fund website for more information.
Thank you for this ❤️❤️ you’ve gained yourself a new subscriber
Thank you and Welcome 🌸🙏🏽
Hi Sinikiwe. Thank you for sharing this video. It's amazing. I am about to do my CTA this year and I an going to pass it.
Now I want to apply and get into the banking space. Can you assist me in that by maybe giving me tips of how my CV could look like and how the banking space is.
Also how can I find you besidea RUclips?
Great, that is the spirit to have, you will pass.
You can email me on info@momandall.com or drop me a DM on Instagram @momandall_
I'm going through what you went thruogh right now i really want continue with my studies but nsfas doesn't fund us for the 4th year........ Thank you for the vid i needed to hear that
If you qualify for 4th then try apply for as many bursaries as you can. All the best. 🌸

Such motivation 😭💯❤🔥 thank you.
It's my pleasure, keep at it.❤️
I got accepted at wits for bcom accounting , there's bcom and bacc . So can you still become a CA when you're doing bcom accounting?
Please enquire with Wits to be sure because different universities name the degrees differently. And there might be a CA stream and a non CA stream of the same degree. Confirm with the university.
Bcomm is non CA, Bacc is CA. That means you would have to do a bridging course in order to do your CTA once you have your degree.
@@busisiwesithole7848 thank you. Don't you know universities that offer the bridging course besides UJ?
There’s Unisa, Institute of Accounting Science (IAS), Milpark Business School and Monash.
@@busisiwesithole7848 thank you very much🥺❤
Thank you so much. This was beautiful ❤️
Thank you 😊
Hey!! Totally loved the video!!!
I'm in matric and I'm struggling to decide between acca and ca(sa) what would you advise me?
Hey! Glad you liked the video.🌸
CA(SA) is more local whereas ACCA is international (UK based).
@@SinikiweNgcobo thanks that actually helps!
29 like for that powerful ending sis 👍
Thank you 🙏
Good day Ma’am. I’m From Namibia I have an honours Degree in Accounting from the University of Namibia, I’m planning to apply for my bridging course and for my postgraduate diploma next year at South Africa , what course should I apply to do my bridging?
Please search for accredited courses on the SAICA website as different universities will use different names for the bridging course.
You are an inspiration ❤❤
Thank you 🙏🏽 🌸
Totally relate to this. Love your channel by the way.
🙏 Thank you
Thank you for sharing your journey, great video!
Thank you 🙏
Hey! I am also doing CA from india..I wanna ask what is the scope of doing my articleship out of india?
Also how you maintain such a glowing skin
I’m not sure about doing it abroad but check the SAICA website. I’ll do a skin routine video soon.
Hi Sinikiwe, is it possible to study BAcc using thuthuka bursary if you already used nsfas for a first degree
I’m not sure, you’d have to apply and see or inquire at their offices or website.
I'm doing my third year in a non saica accredited university of Technology so I want to change and study at Unisa then do advance diploma in Accounting Sciences, so I'm asking that will I be able to get funding?
Thuthuka only funds accredited full time universities but you can check out their website and also try alternative funding sources.
Thank you for this. I am in 3rd year and I really needed to hear this..
I’m glad it’s what you needed, good luck 🤞🏽

Hi!!🥰 Love the content. Do u think someone taking longer to finish studies affects chances of getting into 1 of the big 4?
Big 4 audit firms or banks?
If Banks then yes, some banks want stellar results and it might be difficult to get it.
If Audit firms then not really. They just want someone who will pass usually. Audit firms can even sign people before they graduate from their undergraduate degree. (Sign for them to work after passing honours though).
thank you so much 🥺🙏🏾🤍

So relatable.... Thank you for sharing your journey 🙏

Thank you so much for sharing your kourney
I m 49 years old and i am startimg to think of becomimg a ca as i have iver 29 years work experiences
Pleasure and all the best. Google Vusi Nkabini for some inspiration. He qualified at 52 years old. Good luck if you do decide to go for it.
Aaah inspiring that you very much.
It's my pleasure and thank you for tuning in.🌸
