  • Hard to find something much more fun to unbox than another box from KC Tool! This time I ordered the Wera Tool Quiver as I wanted a small tool pouch I could easily toss a couple things in to tackle a specific job on a building or home instead of bringing in an entire veto bag. I also noticed KC Tool had the Wera chisel driver set on tool of the day so I just had to grab another set of those as they're some of the most used drivers on my truck. I also purchased a couple Halder mallets to try out as they were recommended to me by one of my awesome subscribers here.

I found that the Wera quiver and the others pouches are the perfect internal toolbox dividers :-) It organizes your screwdrivers/pliers neatly in your box and if you need to take them all at once with you, you can do it. Plus, you can put a velcro band on your worktable or ladder.

Great idea, agreed. That wera tool pouch would sit nicely inside a Milwaukee packout rolling tool box loaded W drivers & pliers Next to your power tools. 👌

I haven't purchased many hand tools lately, so always good to see someone else unboxing new essential toys, I mean tools!. For me the Wera 2GO systems doesn't have the same robustness as the Veto MB range, you can utilise the velcro to place the Wera bags onto larger totes etc which is handy.

I’m a mechanic and use the wera yellow chisel driver flat blade and the black handle wera chisel driver which is HUGE and those two are rock solid!
I chisel and pry with them everyday and for the price and comfort they are way better than snapon or mactools.
I’ll be buying more in the future just because I love em

Nice review ! The Wera Demo drivers are really nice . I like the little Wera bags . My TPXXL finally arrived !The TPXXL is a great “ walk in bag “ , the small Wera bags look like a great “ Walk around “ bag , for small targeted tasks . I may try the concept for my 1KV insulated tools . I’m totally impressed with the XXL !

the last year or so i've been getting more and more of those wera sets. just for the flexibilty it provides. i use the Wera 004354 Wera 2go 5 Tool Carrier and then a Wera 004352 Wera 2go 3 Tool Box one one side and what ever set i need on the other... ready to go.
it's Very handy for the maintenance work i do on HVAC and anything electric. i'm never going back to a toolbox/case thats for sure

Have you used a Veto bag? I’m really curious about the comparisons. I might end up getting the Wera toolbox as I really have enjoyed this quiver over the last week, I actually have had it on the job with me every day since getting it.

@@MillisConstruction I don't think we have those here in the Netherlands (tho i haven't looked specificly for them either)
we use Parat cases allot for service techs and those are big and bulky.
so with what i use now if i can't fix it reasonably quick with that ... it's gonna be a long day in anycase :)

I picked up a stabila jambler set with the 78in and 25-40in 80t extendable level and finally went for the ets ec 150. Hartville hardware has some in stock and it’s been eating at me to get so I pulled the trigger. Got both this past week so I’m sure you can imagine that was about a weeks worth of goodies lol

Not that you need any advice on how to spend money , but; I’ll commend another couple of drivers for your attention : The Whia 26 in 1 ( uses double ended 1/4” hex bits ) , and the 14 in one Stubby ( one of my EDC drivers ) . This family of drivers are supported by 13 bit reload packs ( “ Technician “ sku 77781, Tradesman sku 77780, Industrial , sku 77782 , and Security , sku 77782 , plus HVAC , Sku 77784 . Their is also a 26 in 1 , called the “ Multitool “ has metric , Torox , posidrive , metric and Imperial hex etc .sku 77797 . A good 1,2, punch to schlep in your TPXXL !

I just received my Stabila levels, a few Knipex Pliers Wrenches and a couple of Bahco Adjustable Wrenches that are reversible to a small pipe wrench. Really nice, but the Bahco wrenches already have a couple of indentions in the jaw blades from nuts. Appear to be well made, but that is concerning.

    • @MillisConstruction

I haven’t bought any Bahco wrenches but I know quite a few hvac and plumbing people that really like them. Ive pretty well just gone with Pliers Wrenches and eliminated all my adjustable ones. Ive not been able to dent those 😅

As a working man I can justify the price for some knipex pliers and stuff cause they a really are better than anything else. But as far as screw drivers Klein all day every day. Wera are ok I guess I personally thing the grip sucks. Idk Klein I can get all day every day here locally if I break one I get a new one with a trip to Home Depot
