- This is a full room tour of a newly refurbished Lagoon View room at Grand Floridian Resort. Disney is currently doing a full remodel of ALL the hotel rooms at Grand Floridian. These rooms look very similar to the DVC Resort Studios (tour here: • NEW Grand Floridian Re... ) that were created in 2022.
This room sleeps up to 5 adults and good amount of space to spread out. We love the new theming and details they've added in to these rooms. The room number is 8401.

Thanks y'all. This looks like more of a theme park view than some of the actual "theme park view" designated rooms I've seen the views from there.
Right? We said the same thing! We’ve had a theme park view here before where you could barely see any of the park, but this lagoon view had a great view!
I like the little cellphone shelves next to the beds. At first I thought "wait, is that one dirty or broken already?!" And then I realized that they are marble...

Same the one night we stayed there we were on the fifth floor and yeah the vaulted ceiling was nice
Nice room, but you would think, for the price they charge, they could of added the same wall mural they used in the resort studios 🌿🌸

I stayed on the other side and had a pool view with the gable 4 years ago (pre DVC). Needed TLC then. Very nice refurbishment
These rooms were definitely overdue for a new look, but we’re really happy with how they turned out!
Hi guys great vlog as usual 👍 we stayed at an identical resort studio recently in December at the Big Pine building as we are DVC members - fabulous decor! Loved it so much at Grand Floridian (one of our home resorts) we are back in the same building in May and August this year 👍

Those rooms are so pretty! We’re loving the theming all the remodeled rooms have at Grand Floridian. They’re looking so much better than before 💗
How much was your DVC contract?
We only bought a small 75 point resale contract at GF for around $195 a point 👍
Nice room. Do you guys ever do room tours for the ADA rooms?
We have done some tours when Disney has assigned the rooms to us or when guests have allowed us to tour their rooms, but we don’t ever book them for tours because we don’t want to take away from guests who need them.
How do these differ from the Resort Studio room type? Which building(s) are these and the Resort Studios located in? Thank you!
Wow--that's pretty. What do you do if you need to keep medicines cold since that one doesn't get cold enough?
You can ask bell services to store it in their fridge. That’s what Disney suggests to do if the cooler doesn’t get cold enough for your medicine.
Do you happen to know if the DVC Villas at Big Pine Key have the vaulted ceilings as well?

My family was thinking about booking our stay at the Lagoon view for 9/4-9/11 Is this room a resort studio or the base Lagoon view option? Will the red rooms be completely renovated and blue by the end of the refurbishment?

Are these for regular guests staying at GF? I love the look of these new rooms as I saw from DVC members however I am not a DVC member but would love to book one how do you go about booking one? 😊
This tour is of the regular cash room you can book on Disney’s website. It’s not a DVC room. If you’d like to see the DVC resort studio, that room tour is here: ruclips.net/video/BA2uLANExCY/видео.html. When they’re available, you can book a DVC room on Disney’s website, but it’s based on availability of the room type.

No. They’re expecting all the rooms to be done this fall.
I have a Lagoon View room booked for September for Destination D23. I'm assuming there's no way that it won't be a remodeled room by then? If they are still working on some of the buildings they will be completely closed, not partially open correct?
They’re almost done with these rooms, so you should have a remodeled room 😊
