I don't know anything about TOMMY (other than how great of a singer he is), but I hope he's got kids. I don't know what it is specifically, he just looks like someone's dad to me.
I really hope they bring them back for a part 6 opening. My reasoning being, this was done this way because Part 3 was a culmination in the plots of Parts 1 and 2. Part 6 is a further culmination of those and Part 3's plot, especially since Part 6 ends the way it does.
You know what would be even better? [And probably more impossible] Include ALL the OP singers for Part 6 from Parts 1-6. It probably won't happen, but i think i can safely say for the rest of the fan base, that it would probably be the greatest JoJo OP. EDIT: Or just OP singers from 4-6. Ehhh.

Tommy's by far the best of the three as far as singing goes. Jin's next in line, though I'm favoring Coda more even though his voice isn't as strong as Jin's. Coda has an interesting raspiness to his voice.
