Ive seen Grand Canyon and Seattle play and in all sports. It's a good move. Grand Canyon and Seattle have played my hometown team/alumni New Mexico State (Old WAC rival) for almost 10 years and knew that both programs will be going up to greener pastures. NMSU was a top tier Athletic Department in the WAC as well.
Is Seattle U really building a building?? I have strong doubts about that. Pretty constrained campus. LIkely some significant tear-down involved, which raises cost considerably. Now that SU got their slice of the WCC pie, any vague selling points can easily melt away.
I wouldn't brag to much about Jesuit schools. My daughter went to one and is now a Muslim. When is non catholic you are promoting noon catholic beliefs

I am glad they joined, making our top line of the conference look better now
Adding Grand Canyon in the WCC makes the league more legit. The end of the Pac 12 gives the WCC a golden opportunity.

Dang, Some legit competition!
Seattle University is good in basketball and academics like Gonzaga, Seattle U is a Jesuit schools also.
Yo, gcu is good.
I disagree, I think SU and GCU will fill out the WCC top 5
It's time for Gonzaga to get out of the WCC and go to the b12 for true competition!
They could stay in WCC.
GCU is a Christian school, just not Jesuit. Please clarify Andy.
