I didn't go to prom either. I had fun in a play with my drama class instead. There was still dancing involved, but it was with classical music and actual ballroom dancing (very beginner, though) and with people I actually knew and got along with. No regrets here.

Prom is typically an expensive event but most people save up for their prom so they have all they funds they need to do everything they want. Also there are lots of parents who are willing to spend big on their kids prom because they want to show their kids that they’re proud of them for graduating and getting through high school. (Also there are a lot of people who rent their dress for prom so it’s not expensive, it definitely can get expensive tho! 😂)

Yeah if you already graduated but get invited to a prom from someone else like your partner or a friend then you are free to come. At least at our prom but I am not so sure how the rules are bc of Covid maybe because of that the people who are allowed to come are limited but it's never bad to just ask people

I had my prom this year and I wore my goth dress from 4 years ago because,yea,why not i still love it(it cost around 100euro) ,high army boots which I actually wore to school as well,I painted my nails black as home,did my makeup(basically eye makeup and lipstick lol) for like half an hour and for my hair I just dove it into a bowl with purple dye for 10 mins and brushed it.That was it,wish you could've seen the goth princess in boots boi,it was a sight
Prom is typically an expensive event but most people save up for their prom so they have all they funds they need to do everything they want. Also there are lots of parents who are willing to spend big on their kids prom because they want to show their kids that they’re proud of them for graduating and getting through high school. (Also there are a lot of people who rent their dress for prom so it’s not expensive, it definitely can get expensive tho! 😂)
I’ve never been to prom either since I’m homeschooled and it’s actually something that makes me really upset, I’m 17 so I could go to what would be my school next prom but my mom won’t let me which makes me even more upset.. and all my friends send me photos every prom which just makes me cry 😞 but Ryan makes me happy so even if this video is hard to watch for personal reasons I’m happy to see his reactions:)

Relatable. I do online school (have been since 5th grade because I had gymnastics 5 hours a day) but seeing all my friends get to meet new people and have experiences that I’ll never have makes me kinda sad ngl.
We don't have proms in my country and I hated school so I've never been to a prom either. I was the lonely girl that everyone excluded so I don't think prom would have been a nice time for me anyway.
