  • I have always been bad at Soul Grinds... Today I remedy that.
Month 4 didn't go so well but there is plenty of time left in the year to set it straight.
    Let's Do This!

Pressure creates diamonds! I was always a fan of the channel but after meeting you and Josh at Crowder it's even more enjoyable to watch you guys skate. Cheers! 🤙

I love that approach from time to time - pick a trick you're somewhat comfortable with, and work on it on every obstacle to get it on lock! You can also add spinning out both ways for a little extra flavour (or even spinning on if you're feeling spicy :D )

I was just thinking last night that I need to work on spinning out of my grinds... Sounds like a good idea for a future video 🙏🙏🙏

The white helmet friend battle in the inclined rail is intense! Cheer up, skate more, it's the best way to fend off stress. Thanks for sharing

I totally agree... My friend asked me why I put all of his missed tricks in the video... I told him, because he just kept going without taking a break and it was awesome to see how persistent he was at getting the trick

Dude I feel you, I’m going through a similar journey. I’ve been back at it forma little over 2 years and so far I’m down 20kgs still a fat bastard and it’s slower going the more I improve. Like everything in life i try to take the good with the bad, set backs are just part of the journey.
I have huge respect for you and we can get ourselves better.

Thank you 🙏🙏... the angle doesn't show it but you have to gap out to that flat rail... its not a big gap, but its big enough for a "fuck that"

Man love your stuff!! I literally started back skating after a 20ish year break this Apr! loving it body hurts and aches (38years old) but worth it! I dont know why i stopped and wish i never there is no feeling like rolling out of a trick or challange you have set yourself!!!! keep it you are smashing it.
Oh P.S. i have recently bought my son his first pair of aggressive skates to try and keep the sport alive heres hoping he gets his mates interested and makes the same memories we now enjoy from the 90's !!!

Good on your for acknowledging burn out and taking care of your mental health. We can't be on the grind all the time, literally. We need to balance badass skating with tightass regimens like better food, stretching, and wearing protective gear. Im working on the food part right now lol. Happy to have you back, keep up the hard work. Good job! ❤‍🔥
3:17 great shot here. It perfectly symbolizes coming back into skating after feeling out of it. If that was intentional you should be a director lol

      🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thanks, Spook!
The shot was intentional... it was more of a coming into focus during warm-up but I love your interpretation... not far off but much deeper than mine... im beginning to toy around with my shots and trying to bring everyone better content
