I purchased a Vida V1 Pro in January 2023 and have driven it for 24,700 kilometers as on dated. I strongly advise against buying this vehicle. The term "death machine" is appropriate because it has a significant issue with limp mode, causing it to suddenly stop while riding, posing a risk of a major accident, especially if a large vehicle is behind you. The service center has been unable to resolve this problem, so I recommend avoiding this flawed machine. Please pin this message.

@@Paradox7561The issue remains unresolved and it seems it may never be as the company lacks a solution. They appear to be neglecting the safety of their customers. Despite lodging a complaint last month, I have yet to receive a response. I have also informed the Government Authorities but no one has addressed the matter.
My Vida V1 Pro is dumped at Ranjeet Motors workshop for 'limp home' error within few days of buying...hardly 150 kms driven....brand new e -scooter.... company doesn't have single motor replacement nor any procedure to serve customers and 10-15 days is the minimum breakdown time at this service station at Thane with no customer care...or updates....still awaiting HERO service...what brand what service!!!!

I have Vida V1 pro. Almost completed 7000km, lots of problems l faced within six months. Company service is not good. After two service the issues have not resolved. Handlebar & ignition switch quality is very poor. Software have so many issues. Many times the vehicle go on ' LIMP HOME' during ride. It's is very risky while highway ride. I think petrol vehicle is better choice than huge money invested in ev.

Bhai app ki Vida ke back tyre ke hub me dekna aur batana ke koi bludging hai kya matlab koi ring pattern ya tutt ne se phele jaisa hotta vaisa hai kya.... because Kerala me ek family ke back tyre Tut ke unka serious accident hua hai aur service centre bhi acknowledge bhi nahi kar rahe aur to ye honne ke baad dusre customer ke piche ke tyre ke alloys pe bludging nd ring pattern dhik raha ... kerela ka ek channel hai " under the stars" please do watch and make video because no one is making that video on this topic
Yes I faced this issue after 1st service. Uske pehle koi issue nahi tha. Service center se nikalne ke 5 Km baad back tyre jam ho gaya suddenly.

I purchased Vida in November 2023 in Delhi from Singla Auto Pandav Nagar but not received the state subsidy yet.
Any other received subsidy on Vida in Delhi ? If yes how much amount and how much time it took to get subsidy ?
I have also not received subsidy. Purchased from same dealer in oct 2023
Some people reported in the delay. But you can check from the dealer about the status on it.
Just called the dealer and he updated that they have applied to all but as if now none of the customers received the state subsidy.
Also the hero motocorp vida v1 pro is not in the list of Delhi government subsidy model list of 2 wheelers.
