I can imagine a certain emulation of these types of character cyborgs like these ones to be in the *Terminator* series including it's crossover with *RoboCop* And make *Zero, Zero, Eleven* a machine made by the Terminators to take out the cyborgs of humanities last hope
They're "00 series" cyborgs. Shotaro Ishinomori based Cyborg 009 on two things he liked: James Bond (hence the "double-o" thing) and American superhero teams like X-Men and the Avengers.
