Exactly.... "Huge" just doesn't really make them justice, especially in my country. Between 85 and 87 they literally OWNED the charts in my country. We had weeks with 3 singles from them on the top 3 positions of the singles charts, and the first and second albums on the 2 first positions on the albums charts. So many hits... Not to mention that Thomas Anders had the coolest mullet/hair of the whole 80's, especially around 86/87 when it was really long

I'm Danish but I was living in the U.S. when an Afghan refugee introduced me to their music. Then I bought a double compilation CD with their music when I moved home to Denmark in late 1997.
Coming from Germany this is really funny to see you reating to them :D First of all I never thought someone outside of Germany would know them... Second people here always laugh about the duo nowadays although back in the day everybody liked them. They were a little special and unique lets say that Third the blonde dude is the biggest music producer in Germany of the last 30 years. He made hundreds of millions of $ with producing a variety of german and european artists and he was the main judge on "Germany got talent" ... Best regards from over the pond
