An evening with Brokenwood, Hunter Valley

Our buyer for Australia, Freddy Bulmer, describes Hunter Valley Semillon as ‘one of the most classic and wonderful styles of wine that Australia does like nowhere else’.
So, it’s hardly a surprise that he made it his mission to find a version worthy of our Exhibition own-label and found such a wine in none other than the world class producer, Brokenwood.
Freddy will be joined by Nathan Hughes of Brokenwood who will share the essence the estate and deep dive into this new wine. He will share its unique positioning in the Hunter Valley, an unusually wet area of Australia to the north of Sydney, and why this particular region produces wines of such recognisable quality and style that are loved by critics and members alike.
