it's called sync reload method, to counter the *Dispersion bug*, as game still not fixing it

im not sure what you mean by bug.. This shooting while reloading is because RR3 skill (rapid reload), 50% less reload when activated for main guns

not a bug, when he used rapid reload, the main guns reload time are reduced by 10 seconds or more. basically he shots fast so you didn't see the timer reset to 0 and timer goes back to 8 seconds
