It didn't made gon some asspull power to beat a much strongest villain way out of his league. The hatred and emotion consumed him to transfer into his adult form which is close to mereum to one shot pitou and gon went back to his form and was dying because he put his life on risk for that adult form. Gon character is example of normal progressing of character from weak to become strong instead of being sudden op with some asspull powers

Skull Knight such an interesting character.... I see homages to him in other animes... not the look but the role he plays. Mysterious helper who's more powerful than main character but doesn't directly help.
I love Skull Knight but I can't shake the feeling that he's either going to betray Guts or becoming a direct threat. I mean, it's Berserk and the dude is just TOO good and helpful to be here. We still don't have a clue about his true motives. The fact that he was an arrogant and bloodthirsty emperor in his past life is also a big red flag.

Skull knight probably killed 4 god hand members since we see in the berserker armors memories there used to be 4 god hand members that we’ve never seen. If that’s true then he’s an absolute beast and would be at least 4th on this list

Make it red dead style undead nightmare with day/night cycle, night is more dangerous but get better items/materials for upgrading gear. The more dangerous the enemies/evil induced area, the more intense the brand will react to where it’ll hurt you. However, learn from the shiruke witch the talisman to make you more resistant in evil areas at night before it wears off. The ps2 game would be nice if released in america or remastered. Well those are my thoughts 💭

@@jeffballs5121I don't think that's true. I think fromsoft's name as a developer carries enough weight for any souls-like game they make to top the sales charts. And berserk is extremely popular, it's not like the ip would hurt their sales, if anything it would boost their sales by a lot. People who don't know what berserk is would definitely play it as well.

Skull Knight negs everyone. He killed a whole godhand group when he was human and survived Femto's space manipulation. He can teleport anywhere and he supposedly isn't trapped by the hands of destiny, kinda/just like Guts.
Nothing proves he killed the 4 old members. The godhand members could also be switched in cycles.

Skull knight should be higher than the god hand members, because in one if the chapters we were shown the memories inside of the Berserker Armour from when Skull Knight wore it and it showed 4 members of the god hand that we hadn't seen before alongside Void. This could imply that Skull Knight killed those 4 all on his own.
Thats just a theory though, theres many possibilities to what could have happened

Doubt it. Skull Knight created his new sword so that he could rival the Godhand. There's no way he killed any without the Behelit sword. The Godhand probably just goes in cycles. Fempto easily evaded Skull Knight during the eclipse and even made a conscious decision not to kill the Skull Knight while he was running away with Guts. Skull Knight is not even close to the Godhand, even with his new sword.
Cool theory, but it’s likely Flora Summoning the 4 Elemental Kings, eliminating the 4 GodHands, while Skully & Void fought, but SK was unable to catch him/ finish the job.

It is hard to tell if femto is now the strongest. But i am pretty sure skull knight is not stronger than void. The guy has been struggling to kill him for over 1000 years. Now about the other 3. He probably is since it looks like he already killed another 4 ex god hand members.
Hard to say because we haven't seen him actually do anything other than brand the band of the hawk but if he's the first godhand and can alter causality I'm pretty sure there's a reason skull knight hasn't killed him
I was never into anime or mangas until my roommate in grad school introduced to me to the 97 Berserk. Powerful storytelling. I couldn't put it down. Orphans make the best heroes.

Being strong has only been a tool to get what a character wants in Berserk. Griffith being weaker than Void doesn't change anything in the story. It's Guts vs Griffith, not Griffith vs Void.

i mean he went toe to toe with him (i think) when he went back to the blacksmith guys house, and we see guts is always getting stronger at a faster rate than everyone else + getting berserker armour = pretty comfortably stronger than zodd in a death match (i havent finished it yet tho i might be wrong)

Zodd's senses have grown dull, he lost his sharpness and ingenuity in battle while Guts was forced to improve for 2 years straight.
He lost against Guts at the hill of swords and transformed for whatever reason.
All the battles he fights are not challenging at all while, Guts fights magic creatures and a friggin sea god.
Gut's strength and skill have exploded after the hill of swords.
He never stands still in terms of skill.
Guts with the Berserk armor and fully recovered with no prior fights smokes Zodd.
He doesn't even have a weapon to withstand the slayer.
Medium diff at best for a Gut's with zero distractions.
Guts may not be remotely as strong as the godhand, but the fact that he has the strength to make them feel a pang of regret that he couldn’t join them is an incredible feat

You probably won't read this but this is a list of characters from the Manga (and anime(which is bad)) Berserk, one of the best manga of all time voted as one of the top 5 manga ever. It's about Guts also refered to as the Black Swordsman who is looking for revenge and to improve himself while trying to fix what happened in the past. Incredible manga with an amazing story, art and characters and even though I'm only at chapter 17, it's definitely a 10/10 for me.

Zodd is by far the strongest normal apostle. But ganishka is in his own league. He turned into a literal lovecraftian outer God lmao , in his Shiva form.
