mine only came with 6 but the belt not moving to throw ball ...how do I get it open? I've removed all the screws on the bottom.

I bought this thing it definitely does NOT go 30ft. My 4yr old can throw a ball further
That is too bad. Ours does go 30 feet, make sure yours is fully charged 😊
