Thanks Tony for taking us to places we shall never get to, boys and their toys, superb, ride safe and cherish the memories of all you have seen and done.
Thanks for taking us on your journey Tony! Pity about the weather but it's all part of life's rich tapestry. Would love to take a trip through there myself.
Yep, it got me down a few times but it was hard not to enjoy the riding. I’d like to go back to some of the places in the summer when there are longer days to be had
Nice video Tony 📹, a lot for you to reflect on as you continue the trip...but being on your bike on your travels is the best way to get some space to think! Fingers crossed for the weather 🙏, cheers, Steve
Top video Tony! Some great scenery...and weather! 😁 The KTM tour looked cool. I owned a Duke 125. Cracking little bike. Maybe get one of the big ones soon.....
To bad you didn't go to Slovakia, btw we have a saying in Slovakia: "Every woman have to know how to cook, because love end beauty will vanish but schnitzel is here for forever, love KTM exhibition, nice riding as always, cheers V!
@@mancavemoto That is alarming for Europe hope you got home safe have not been back to the Uk in 3 years so perhaps the next ride for me will be epic i hope.
Excellent. Good to watch.. Love the Czech Republic, once South of Prague its like Austria but half price. Very interesting at museum, too. Safe, happy travels 👍
I’m enjoying the series Tony. Curious though; I would suggest that you are a generation younger than myself. My Dad was just a teenager at the end of the war but did his National Service in 1950/52. You are either older than you look (compliment😉) or your Dad was ‘of an age’ when you came along🙂. As I get older, I find that I am more interested in the family history and wished that I had taken more notice of Dad’s many tales and stories when I was a youngster. All now sadly lost in the midst of time. Keep ‘em coming !
glad you made it into austria ok after that detour through the rough pathway while in the Czech Republic. thanks for posting the ktm section, not a fan of them but interesting to view the bikes 🏍 on display. cheers tony Rich
Thanks for the tour of the KTM Moto Hall. I forget , which KTM you are riding. 790 Adventure? How is the comfort for such a long trip? There is a new 2021 KTM 890 Adventure S in the next town from mine, that I am really interested in. But I’ve heard mixed reviews about that model. Looks like a great trip in spite of rain. At least it’s not snow and ice. Keep the shiny side up!😎👍
Thanks Bill, yep I have a 790 Adventure. I do like the character of the 890, it’s a little more relaxed and forgiving. I’m torn between keeping it or going for a bigger adv bike.
Hi Tony! Nice video series! I am planning to visit the museum at mid of September. I will take a ship from Greece to Venice and then spend one week touring Austria. I own a 1290 Super Adventure S of 2018. One question! Is it safe to park your motorcycle in Austria? I intend of course to spend the nights in hotels with private parking. Keep up the good work and stay safe!
I’m catching up on your trip today. Will you be telling us about the cameras your using. I know it’s a go pro on the helmet but I’m not sure about the others

Glad the rain stopped, Tony. The bike's going well. Didn't spot my 390 in the KTM place!
There was definitely a few in there
What a ride something to remember .The local co op must have had an apple better than crisps dude.
They had very little fresh food to be fair,!I was trying to find a sandwich or similar. It was all packaged foods.

Yep it was just too far out of my way to head to the really nice part. But I found some decent stuff
The beautiful brown Danube
Great video Tony, thankyou
Haha yep I didn’t see any blue!
Really nice to see my homebase through your eyes :-) Especially your path through Linz was funny to watch. It's my way to work.
Ha, I wish I’d time to explore Linz
Too late, but there are two restaurants 50 meters from Coop (video 07:24). 😊 Ride safe 👍🏻
A personal & fantastic adventure Tony! What an incredible experience for future generations 👍
Thanks Steve
@@mancavemoto no, no. Thank you for sharing this very personal experience 🙌
Beautiful country side,thanks.

Ha yeah I wasn’t expecting that one! Cheers, I didn’t want to show too much of the museum, so wanted just enough.
Enjoying Tony !
Thanks Ray

Your trip is evidence that KTMs can do the miles!😎👍
Yep, it never batted an eyelid once
Yes, if you have to ask one of the locals…”Is that a road ?”…..then it classifies as an adventure ride 😉.
😂
Wicked tour. How do you find the arai shade visor system?

Hi, that sounds like a great trip, I didn’t have any issues with parking in Austria, it seems to be a pretty bike friendly country too.

Hi Mark, yes a gopro hero 10 on the helmet and an Insta360 One X2 on the bars. With a gopro hero 9 for the PTC bits
Is your Katie on road tyres? Anyway, enjoyed the video, look forward to the next one.
Yep, well 90/10’s I’m running Dunlop Trailmax Meridians
