This has been my struggle for over four years now creating videos while also converting those videos to audio for my podcasts. Thank you, new subbie!🔥🔥
Sooo relieved to hear and witness you still mess up 😅 I tend to be so hard on myself because I still screw up my words despite recording hundreds of videos haha!
Appreciate the video! I was travel vlogging but due to where I have been working over the last few months I have decided to switch to travel tips and finance. So me finding this video was great timing as I will start producing and uploading talking head videos next week! New sub and look forward to watching more of your content!
this video really just gave me that leap to just go with my gut & do what works for me. i am also a woman with a full time job & two small kids & i kept psyching myself out thinking that making vlogs is the only way for me to grow on YT. & i’m just not good at doing that. right when you said that part, i immediately felt a weight lift off my shoulders. thank you for making this video 🫶🏽
I’m still developing my direct approach (i.e., talking head video) method. I’ve not been consistent with making them on a regular basis though. Partly because of the learning curve involved with editing (what a young mind says is simple editing software may not be so simple for an older mind) and also because I don’t do the research to see what topics need my direct approach videos. For screen recordings and direct approach videos I use Tella, before that it was Screenflow, I tried OBS and Ecamm Live but either I gave up on them too soon, or they didn’t suit my needs, or both. I have picked up some good information from watching your videos and that is much appreciated. 👍🏻👍🏻
Talking head only seems easy but you need some experience In order to make them viewable 😂
Experience comes from doing it!! :-)
For sure!
love the fly through edits.
lol @ “if you’re a film maker don’t come for me” 😂

Brilliant! 🎉
Ecamm or tella?
For simple talking heads, I go to ecamm but tella is a great option too

@@TC_Conner did you get Tella working for you? With your mic?
@@meredithmarsh Yes, but it was trial and error on my end, Tella provided no help. After many emails!
