Glad you enjoyed Babygirl movie Alyssa, wasn't on my radar to check out hearing Halenja Reign is behind this one as well as a star-studded cast Nicole Kidman whom which movies I like from her as the lead, Harris Dickinson, and Antonio Banderas has gotten me hooked alongside some other late 2024 releases to watch.
Thanks! I basically only do spoiler-free reviews, but I'm sure there might be somebody out there who did a spoiler review... though, I'm not sure what spoilers there even are to really discuss in this one.
Nice review. I am reminded of something Ebert said about Mulholland Drive. He said (I am paraphrasing), this film contains a love scene so sexy that it feels like it was made in the 70's when people actually liked sex in their films. For your question, I will go North by Northwest.
Thanks! It's funny because now we comparatively view the 90s and early 00s as a time when people liked sex in their movies. I see a trend forming here.

We certainly had an awful lot of new releases in these last few weeks. I know I'm still catching up too.
I know it was interesting seeing Nicole Kidman playing a role were she isn't the dominating one (it's in the trailer so, I'm not spoiling anything)
Yeah, there were some very interesting character dynamics on display in this one!
Excellent review. Thank you. Please have a spoiler review of the movie.

@MainelyMovies Yeah, these trends are cyclical. I have been meaning to watch Fair Play for a while. Might make for a good double feature.
@moviedave2001 I think it probably would! I'd probably start with Fair Play and then end with Babygirl.
I finally caught Baby Girl I really enjoyed it.
Nice, glad to hear it!
I like Nicole Kidman
Then you'll probably like this as well.
Babygirl and The Idea of You
Nice, fitting choices.
This is a movie I plan to catch down the line.
Nice!
