I would NOT recommend building Chiori like this.
Her kit is intended to be sub-DPS, with main-DPS being available at C6.
However, she is definitely strong enough to main-DPS without C6.
Talent levels were 6/9/6.
I do not have any Husk artifacts.

If you really want to main-DPS your Chiori, C0 is enough.
C1 is stronger than R1.
C0R0 can be done with higher talent levels,
Better play using Harbinger of Dawn,
And proper artifact sets.

If you have Chiori and a decent Shimnawa set you might as well try this out, but I wouldn't personally farm for it

Yea, I definitely would not recommend specifically setting her up like this, or farming for this playstyle outside of C6.
But she is a very far cry from being unusable as on-field DPS at C0.

Thanks! It was really fun and I was looking forwards to trying to see if it could work. About Arle, I personally don’t really follow leaks. However, there’s a LOT of her floating around, so all I can say is I’m definitely excited now :) will definitely pull when Father comes home with the milk
