Unironically, Adachi DID have his own cafe event in Japan 10 years ago already, lol. The drinks and meals were pretty good according to those who went there (I have an old fandom friend who went there and took pictures), but the cabbage drink tasted like oatmeal without any sugar.

Have you heard about the Persona 3 Reload x Yokocho Ramen popup in London? It was pretty good, I had Mitsuru Execution Noodles

I had the protagonist set, ramen and drink good. The brownie was good other than the mochi imo.
edit, just remembered there was also a pop up in Japan Center in Westfield shopping center I stumbled into as well!

Actually there was a persona 5 Royal Collab at Requiem cafe in September ! At 2:44 and 2:55 were actually the menu options they offered you were even able to meet Morgana which I thought was super cool (I even got a photo with him)

I went to that one!! I didn't see Morgana but I bought literally everything on the menu, and the guy that took our orders was awesome and made references to the game when he was talking to us

I went to the 25 anniversary cafe. The food and vibes were like a 5/10 but I was just so pumped by it being Persona that I had a great time.

I went to the collab cafe for vanilla P5 back in 2017 and I hadn't reached October in the game when I went for the cafe, I was craving takoyaki and saw it on the menu so I ordered it without much thought... Got the Akechi experience right there.

Ive actually been to the reload cafe! The food was alright but the merch was good, there were pins and stands of the chibi characters. I didnt have the fuuka drink unfortunately but i did have the makoto pancakes and the Junpei drink. Overall i personally would give this cafe a 7/10, not the greatest but not awful

Oh, but we already had an official Adachi cafe event in 2014! For the official Accomplice Ending OVA Blueray release if I remember correctly (Persona 4 The Golden Animation). 😂😂
The pictures of it were pretty cool, plus the drinks and meals were okay-ish in my opinion based on how they looked (it had one of Yu's bento recipe meals in there too) and I got to prepare the cabbage drink they served over there 'cuz a friend gave me the recipe of it.
Let's say it tasted like... oatmeal. Maybe I did it wrong, but either way, I agree with you overall! We need this event to come back.

I'd love to go to one but I live nowhere near any place that has popup cafes. I also didn't know they made official merch of cat Morgana, I was specifically wanting one because I wanted to put it in my bag or have it look over me forcing me to go to sleep
